Turned me down for a U-Haul for having Ontario license

Was OK, they had a return truck as someone was just dropping off, but they don't take anything but credit cards, and if you call head office, THEY will accept your credit card. But this store won't.

Not recommended. Customer service was rude, many hidden fees not communicated. Avoid.

Horrible service, we put in extra gas and the lady lied and charged us for not putting gas in! Wow!

Started out by booking through the website at a different location and everything seemed to go as planned. That was until I recieve a phone call saying the truck won't be ready till the next day. I emphasized to the worker that I needed the truck the night before, hence the late pickup. They scrambled to find me a 15' truck in the city and they were able to find one and stated they would set up the reservation at the new location. Upon pickup at the new location I needed to provide all details over, as if I never even made a reservation. This went hand in hand with the terrible customer service. Everyone except a person renting a truck takes priority, they walk in and buy a cola, you get put on hold without any notice. If the phone rings, well you better just sit tight and wait, cause they completely drop anything they were helping you with to answer. Employees are rude and not personable, and they give minimal direction or care to renting you a truck. This will likely be my LAST encounter with UHaul if I can help it because of this experience. I would honestly rather run around a random parking lot asking strangers to help me move, or if they had a truck to borrow with less frustration then this place.

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with uhaul. And i have had my fair share of moves. Red apple food store is a complete joke. Was treated terribly i do not recommend using this location as the employees were extremely rude and threatened us within the first 8hrs of rental. We apologized for the confusion and not being glued to our phones while in the middle of a very short move. And were overcharged and threatened late fee even tho we kept in contact giving updates and requested it for a min of 24hrs as we all know some moves don't always go as planned . They were in the wrong by overbooking the truck when it had already been rented to us. And then proceeded to argue and threaten us. Never again. Worst experience i have had with uhaul. Charged extra for fuel even after we delivered with filed tank as we took it.

The lady on June 24 9 AM needs some improvement on her customer service skill.When you return your rental, there should be no specs of dust on the back of the vehicle.

Went to this location for the first time and had the worst experience. Extremely poor customer service, the lady there is straight out rude, accused me of not cleaning the vehicle even though it was returned to them in the exact same condition I received it in and even had picture proof for it and threatened to charge me extra for that. Argued with me for 5 minutes straight, didn’t want to see the picture proof that I had or ask the other lady who came to look at the truck with me.Did charge me a little extra for fuel even though the vehicle was returned at a fuel level that was more than required as per the contract.Terrible experience altogether.
