Worst contractor ever, stay away!! We chose Bella Vista Developments to do our cabinets even though they were more expensive. We felt like their expertise and professionalism was worth spending the extra money. Don’t be fooled!! Jeremy, the Owner was far from professional and was horrible to work with. Jeremy will definitely sell you the sun and the moon but when it comes to delivery don’t count on him. They put quartz countertops in and instead of using one slab they used three pieces, so we had two seams in an 8 foot straight piece. After several conversations with Jeremy he finally agreed this would not be acceptable in his house and changed it. He will try to cut corners and deliver as least as possible for the most he can get. We had several problems with installation not square, cheap hardware that chipped, doors installed poorly, trim damaged, valance not installed properly and the list goes on and on. Getting Jeremy to stand behind his work was near impossible. On one occasion Jeremy told my husband to “bring it on” and “ he was ready for battle” My husband replied with I don’t want to battle I just want the installation of the cabinets installed correctly. My advice, is stay away. There are lots of good contractors out there don’t settle for this one!!

Bella Vista helped us do extensive renovations to our Varsity View home in Saskatoon, which included new basement layout, fully updated bathrooms and laundry area, completely new kitchen layout with new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances, as well as installation of new fireplaces, furnace and water tank. Bella Vista co-ordinated and finished all work including painting, wallpaper, flooring, carpets and installation of new exterior doors and new lights throughout the house - all to our high expectations. Bella Vista delivers high-quality work and are very pleasant to work with. I especially appreciate their commitment to honor and manage the project budget that we agreed on at the start. The scope changes that we made along the way were all clearly communicated and agreed on in advance.

Ours was a big project, spanning two-and-a-half months, including the replacement of an entire exterior wall with a wall of windows, moving a fireplace, complete kitchen reno, complete powder room reno, complete ensuite bathroom reno, building and tiling a sunroom roof, plus significant painting, baseboards and trim replacement, lighting and other updates in the house.Someone smarter than me told me that when you’re interviewing potential contractors for a big job, don’t only pay attention to the price, but to the people offering the service – because they will be big part of your life for a significant period of time and it will make a big difference if you like them. We liked Jeremy and Sheena (Bella Vista owners) from the get go. Probably the best compliment I can pay is that now, even months later, I still like them and throughout the process remained consistently impressed with their staff. They were steadfastly professional, courteous, resourceful, good-humoured, seemed to sincerely enjoy working together, and at times I thought of them more as artists, paying meticulous and balanced attention to both the beauty and durability of our end product. The underlying bones of a project which includes a great deal of sawing and hammering and precision planning and construction is just as important as the beautiful layer eventually placed on top of it.Sheena and Jeremy are awesome and they have assembled an awesome hard-working team to look after everything from cabinets and flooring to tiling, electrical, plumbing and cleaning needs; Anesti, Jordan, Larissa, Sarah, Jesse, Mitch, Tom, Kerti, Anna, Darc, Zac, Sheldon, Matt, Oscar & Charlie…and I apologize to those whose names I’ve missed.Bella Vista delivered what they promised. The always showed up (sometimes even on long weekends just to get a job done). With us living in part of the house during the renovation, they were always considerate of that fact. Particularly in the design phase, they were more than willing to try new things, think outside the box, be innovative, and displayed great patience and flexibility. Their Co-Construct online project management system was a user-friendly interface between them and me as homeowner and an excellent way to keep track of a large complicated project. I’m sure there were a million more issues than I was made aware of, and problems were only brought to me after they’d already considered possible solutions. We greatly appreciated their attention to detail on final walkthrough and dedication to getting things wrapped up on time or as soon as possible.I cannot recommend Bella Vista highly enough.

Bella Vista just finished with my home renovations. Sheena and Jeremy Sinclair were so very easy to work with and the renovation is outstanding! It turned out so much more than I had ever hoped for.The team at Bella Vista are all very professional, and informative. They really listened to my ideas and concerns, and incorporated a design that would fit with my lifestyle. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Communicating with everyone through the app that they use is easy and very handy.I am extremely pleased and would gladly recommend Bella Vista to anyone!

Couldn’t be more happy. From the very beginning walking in they make you feel welcome . I gave my vision and it was designed for me and wow it’s a showhome kitchen with lots of cool extras!!!! We spent a great deal of time interviewing companies and getting a feel for whether the company was a good match for our project. Without hesitation, we chose to go with Bella Vista. The leadership of Jeremy and Sheena on the building of our home was evident in every decision made. Jordyn and Larissa are Rock Stars - they listened to what we wanted and offered us ideas that we had not thought of. If you are lucky enough to have Anesti creating the actual house, you will NOT be disappointed. Anesti is a perfectionist and willing to share his ideas with you...So glad we went with Bella Vista and will readily recommend them for a renovations, new house building/designing.
