Cold called C. Brooks Plumbing Ltd to repair a Navien On-Demand Water Heater. Received immediate response on phone and immediate next day service. Chris proved to be super professional and extremely knowledgeable in his tradecraft and on the Navien product. He serviced the unit and had the hard to get replacement parts on hand to make same day repairs to ensure our unit was up and running. As an added bonus, Chris provided a very detailed invoice outlining his work and included his future recommendations to the system. I am highly impressed and will keep C.
