I had the pleasure of visiting Simard Butcher Co. this weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only was it the most immaculate, well organized butcher shop I have ever seen, and I cannot stress enough how incredibly spotless and fresh smelling it was, the products are delicious and high quality. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the gentleman at the front, Miguel I believe, was very knowledgeable in the selection of sauces and spices that were available and so helpful. The prices are excellent, the quality of products is outstanding. Simard Butcher Co. is a hidden gem and worth the drive to Falher.
