Duncan and Sam at Aral were a fantastic help. I broke a part on my pressure washer almost brand new I didn’t think it would be fixable . I gave them a call and talked to Thomas and explained what happened, he seemed to think it was fixable so I brought it over and the follow up was excellent didn’t have to call him back he did and promptly fixed it. Also I had an old weed wacker that was given to me I brought it over as well. He said will fix it if it’s not to much money .What I liked about it excellent costumer service from the beginning to the end. When I picked up my equipment Thomas wasn’t working but the humour and the continuous professionalism kept going.I highly recommend Aral rentals.

Excellent shop in town with super helpful guys working there! When I went there to rent out a lawn mower and weed whipper, they offered to simply do my lawn themselves at a reasonable rate! Will be using them again!

I just needed a weedwacker for a couple of hours. They had it sitting at the door when I arrived. They have competitive prices and even gave me a 50% discount for a partial day rental. Excellent service and quality equipment!

The guys offered a couple different solutions for fixing, renting or buying the tools I needed for a project. We landed on repair and it was ready for pickup within a couple of days. Thomas patiently heard my concerns regarding the failure of my tool and we soon agreed on the best course of action.They also offered pick-up mad delivery for future repairs. This makes them pretty unique for Victoria!

I rented a tool from Aral Rentals and after using it for a few minutes it quit working. I phoned the office at 4 pm and immediately they offered to supply me with a replacement at 7:30 the next morning. Then upon returning the machine there was no charge due to my troubles.
