Super clean, bright and welcoming and very friendly server at the front counter. We ordered a mango cheese bingsoo. The first few bites were amazing but once you start to get to the center the mango, mango sauce ratio is off, it starts to become more of a plain milky shave flavor rather than a even mango flavour throughout. Ive cream ontop was delicious and the chocolate shop sign ontop was a really nice touch to the visual appeal. I still enjoyed it although maybe we may try another flavor nexttime. Its definetly worth a try but keep in mind it does cost 22.95.

Generous servings, delicious desserts but a bit in the pricy side. We ordered Macha chocolate waffle and Mango shaved ice and they are great! Nice place for hangout too.

I ordered the injeolmi bingsu which was slightly over $16 after tax. I really wanted to like this place as it’s close by from where I am, but it was sadly disappointing with very hard injeolmi and a slightly sour milk taste. If I ever return, I’d go for a different flavour…There’s a good amount of seating area and customer service was not as rude as other reviews seem to suggest.

Got the Oreo Bing-su. I prefer the one at snowy village, specifically the Oreo Bing-su, but it is still delicious. Definitely meant for sharing, especially if you’ve had a meal beforehand! It’s refreshing and quite light as far as desserts go.

Beautiful, stunning, exactly as the showcase's appearance.I ordered the green tea ice cream and it was better than the ones I had in Richmond. Though my friend ordered the chocolate brownie one and I thought that it was better than the green tea. The green tea didn't have much of a matcha or green tea taste, as it was covered in chocolate powder. But the brownies on the side were absolutely delicious. My friend's had cheese and whipping cream and I am surprised that they went so well together.Have to say, the appearance is very instagramable.Taste: 4/5Price: ~20$Washroom: very clean, very girl friendly.Come back rate: 80%

Love the dessert served here, but it ain’t cheap. This large strawberry shaved ice (milk) bowl cost $20, but they don’t stinge on the toppings. Place is clean and there’s ample parking.

Very cute café for shaved ice. I got the strawberry sulbing but do not recommend it unless you decide you want to indulge in strawberries for the day.My one complaint is that the texture of the shaved ice is inconsistent. A lot of the times it is packed densely into a chunky form, which isn't ideal.

Whenever we decide what to choose for dessert, Sulbing is always the top choice. The price is pretty okay for us because we would get one then share, the portion is enough for the 4 of us. The “Strawberry Yogurt Bingsu” is the best one for us, we never get bored with this. Sour and sweet.

Absolutely love this place! The shaved ice is so delicious and it’s such an amazing hidden gem. The choice of flavours are a variety to choose from and super interesting combinations that you wouldn’t think would go together.Do keep in mind this place can get super busy. The other thing too is if you’re going by yourself, please be sure to go on an empty stomach (or share a shaved ice with someone) because it is a large portion and quite filling.
