They are like any tim's inside. The front line staff can at times be very slow. As well as sometimes the people making the food can make a mess of it with too much sauce, etc, or not follow the request for 1/2 sauce (so it's not so messy). But that isn't all shift lines.

Is this the normal amount for an untouched medium french vanilla? Did they put a small in a medium cup? I believe the cup is full at other locations...

The girls are amazing in the morning, but not sure why they have choose to not open the doors until 5am with no notice. Guess I'll have to start bringing my own coffee to work, it will save me 10 a day

I would give 0 if I could! Very rude customer service was told I ordered 2 of something when it was only 1 and argued with me about it until I got annoyed and just payed for the 2 and even then the order was wrong and when I called to ask for a new one with what I actually ordered on it they proceeded to argue with me again

I asked for a cup of water. I was charged for a hot cup of water for $0.20 cents.I never asked for hot water.I paid with 0.25 cents. They didn’t even give me my changed back. Lady at the window was very rude.This is how employees scam money from customers in drive thru and put extra cents in their pockets.I do not mind paying for water as I understand cup and lid is used but I was charged for hot water which I did not request for.I will follow up with the manager as well.Date: October 4 2022Time: 4:22 pm

I bought 2 cups of large coffee with 4 milk. One comes written 4 milk, one come written 5 milk. :)The surprise is the written 5 milk has no milk!And the level 2 surprise is after it cool down a little, it tastes like syrup. So sweet~You really made my day. Like magic

Late service as there was only one person in drivethru and front waited almost 25 mins for a small tea. Shame on the owner for putting a lot of workload on one employ as she was handling both front and drivethru by herself. Why dont they come and make the tea and coffee themselves?

If I could leave a 0 I would. Rude to customers and agrumentive. Order something specifically and tell me I'm wrong. Ordered a original ice cap with one pump of vanilla and was told its against our policys" and then she laughed at me as a rude comment was made in the background. Should really rethink the policy "the customer is always right" because it doesn't exist anymore."

I've been here many times early morning on the way to work and they have breakfast down to a science. Even when the drive-through line is long, they get through us quickly, coffee and bagels ready in seconds after I order. Thanks team!!!!

Very bad customer service. On January 12, 2023 around 8:30 I ordered sausage and egg meal and I forgot to ask for chipotle sauce on the side. When i reached on the window the first thing didn’t get any greet like good morning or something. After that i asked her for chipotle and agreed to pay for it but she got rude. She was like don’t mention it here on the window with her ugly face in the morning. They should greet their customers in the morning starting of the day.Furthermore there was no napkin’s inside the bag. Like seriously such a bad experience with them today.
