One of the worst and sham place we have been to. The supervisor has zero knowledge and etiquettes. My family member went here to take G1 test. They have all the required experience and original documentation but the idiotic supervisor here refused to take it in the name of ministry of transportation and was not even ready to listen and didn’t give any proper explanation.

I had a great experience taking my motorcycle exit" road test at that location. It was my second attempt after failing the first one in my home town Brampton. Staff in Guelph was super friendly and helpful. I arrived an hour early but the examiner slotted me in so that I didn't have to wait. His name was Jeff and he was very knowledgeable about motorcycles

Customer service is awful. The instructor was rude; she yelled at me for not fully understanding the question. She inquired what my name was, and I said my first name, to which she replied, Do you only have one name?" Just for not immediately telling my last name! This is not a place I would suggest! Racist

My daughter got her G2. She was forced to use our truck because she had a break light out. But she passed. Her instructor was very kind and understanding. Thx

A big shout out to JEFF ⭐️Today I took my road test here and passed it on my first try. My examiner JEFF was really nice and reassured me whenever i felt anxious. His attitude towards you is amazing. Drive test needs to hire more people like him.

Went in for a G test the examiner came off rude from the get go. Felt really uncomfortable from the beginning of the test even tried to strike up a positive response from her by asking how her day was but she really seemed racist/ rude. Literally did everything right from blind spot check to everything. She still failed me saying I didn’t do any blindspot checks, I don’t think she realized I have a dash cam that recorded everything.

*EDITED* After an examiner tested the car's brakes and lights, she found out my passenger window doesn't work and that she couldn't be my examiner because she has pneumonia. I had no issue with this, but I waited an extra 20-30 mins for any further response. She came back to me and said that apparently for a non-functioning passenger window, it is not up to standards and that I have to reschedule. After getting it to work again, I came back and the supervisor Nikki said she'd accommodate me for Thursday morning. I appreciated her help!EDIT: Came by Thursday morning and they fit me in not too long after. My examiner, Ben, was SO sweet and made me feel very comfortable while driving. He casually talked to me throughout the test while still providing instructions, and made it significantly less stressful to complete my test. I really enjoyed having him as an examiner!!

This review is an appreciation for the drive test examiner Paul and the manager Nikki. I recently went to the Guelph Drive test centre for my G test. This happened to be on a day of a snowstorm (luckily my test was done before it got worse and the remaining tests were canceled). Like most people, I too was a bit anxious about the test, especially with the weather getting bad. My experience in the past with other examiners has not been great. I’ve found most of them to be cold and barely ever smiling. But from the minute Paul walked over to my car to begin the test, the smile on his face and his friendly demeanour instantly put me at ease. During the test, while giving me directions, he also chatted with me and made me feel very comfortable. He was of course being very observant and marking his checklist on the tablet too, but did not once make me feel nervous or stressed. I felt very confident in my driving and was able to pass the test. I feel blessed to have gotten Paul as my examiner and wish all examiners could be as courteous and pleasant as him. When I went inside to get my temporary paper license, their systems were down and it was crowded. But the manager Nikki was very patient and professional and told me that I could come back later and she would arrange for a priority counter to help everyone who had to go back on that day. All in all a great experience here! Thank you Paul and Nikki! You guys are amazing!

Had such a good experience at this DriveTest center! I just wanted to thank Paul, his calm demeanor really helped me through my test, he was the best examiner anyone could ever ask for. I was able to focus and drive well because of his warm personality which put me at ease. This test center was great, got my temporary license without having to wait too long after I passed, and everyone was really kind. So happy I came here!

i took my G test today and passed but first i had to wait 40min after my appointment time in 30 degree heat, in my car for my instructor even though i had made an appointment months in advance. Also, every lady that works at this location is incredibly rude and impatient. As easy as the test is at this location, I wouldn’t recommend it.
