We hired this company to do our full house, awesome people. Vlad and his team are very responsive, they answer, they have positive and good energy. They passed inspection with flying colors and you don't have to worry about not knowing it, they will do the right thing the first time. And the pricing was very fair compared to what I got quoted. I definitely recommend 10/10

I hired Vlad to set up 3 outdoor AC units (Mitsubishi) and 9 indoor units. He made sure he offered the best technical solution and took the time to explain in detail what my options were and why what he was proposing was the most cost effective option.He brought his team and installed on time and on budget the whole system. He resolved all the technical aspects that arose through the install.I will definitely be hiring Vlad again for my future HVAC needs

Haytham and Mo from Prestige Heating and Cooling recently installed our Mitsubishi mini split system. They were organized, on time, and professional from start to finish. It was a difficult install in Muskoka and they did an amazing job start to finish. Our original purchase was from V Ken at Airmakers (Concord) who was also timely and helpful in his quote. Can’t say enough about this purchase. 8 days from inquiry to install and price quoted and charged was significantly less than others. Thank you.

The greatest service!!! Super professional, skilled, personable, and honest. Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year and we didn't discover it until we came home after 7:00pm on a Friday night. Prestige Air was opened late, traveled to our area, and then fixed our 19-year old unit in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable cost. I am so thankful to Vlad and his team. Thank you for your EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Excellent customer service and great staff! We have been with Prestige since they installed our new furnace in 2014 and we have only good things to say! Staff have always been professional and very friendly. Over the last couple of years, a gentleman named Vlad has come into our home for preventive maintenance and he is so informative and knowledgeable, we are always very pleased with his work. We had a leak on the copper pipe in our hydronic heating and I called to Prestige Air on Monday for an appointment. They were able to book me the next day. Technician came and replaced that 90 degree elbow pipe that was leaking expertly. He was very patient and did an amazing job because it was in a very tight spot and very difficult to get to the problematic area. The other line of the pipe also leaked as soon as the first one got fixed, so Max had to do another fix that will resolve both. He definitely did a good job after seeing how good the pipes now look. Definitely will recommend this company to my friends.
