Solcius

I bought solar panels from Solcius in Sept 2022. It is July 2023 and I still do not have a working system. I've been lied to countless times. Techs said they'd come and don't. Customer service does not help, they will not elevate a concern to another level nor give out information to Solcius MN offices. I have been paying for the system for three months after being assured that the system was working. Apparently my money cannot be refunded until the system works. I had four people here three weeks ago to fix the system, after all day they said it worked. Today I called to ask them to hook up the app as I was directed to do and customer service told me the system didn't work but someone was coming out in two weeks to look it over. I can't even give it one star at this point. I have to so that I can post.
