Talented staff. Welcoming atmosphere. My experience was excellent. Emily listened to what I wanted, “make it look better” and then did it, I will be returning. It was raining when I was leaving and Emily, umbrella in hand, walked with me to my car. Great customer appreciation. Thank you.

I came here excited to finally get my roots bleached and it was an extremely unpleasant experience for me. I usually get my hair done in Toronto, however wanted to start going somewhere locally. Ali, who was apparently the senior stylist there had put the bleach so far out from my roots and onto my already bleached white hair. I left the salon with spiky and damaged hair which has never happened to me before. My goal to get just my roots done had just led to my hair looking like a disaster, due to his lack of knowledge.

Personable, entertaining and above all the consummate professional, Roman is simply fantastic. I’ve had a few haircuts with him thus far. Each time Roman makes sure I am comfortable with the suggestions before he starts the cut, and he ends each haircut asking if there is anything I feel he should still adjust. I never feel rushed and I am always entertained. If you are looking for a great cut while enjoying a fun conversation, there is no one else I would recommend more.

Matthew is amazing! If you are looking to get balayage, he’s the guy. I have darker hair and struggle to find the right shade, I was super impressed with his skills and the colours he suggested. Very helpful staff! Would definitely recommend!

I came to this salon to get my hair dyed. My experience at this salon was extremely unpleasant. I left the salon with damaged and dry hair. My hair even started falling out a few days later! The employees there were very rude and I could tell the products they put on my hair were very bad quality. I do not recommend this place as they had also overcharged me. I was not happy nor satisfied with my hair. If they had an option for zero stars I would choose it.
