Extremely professional and would highly recommend. We had an emergency with our hot water and when we called Straight Up Mechanical they provided a solution very quickly and you could tell that they really cared about fixing our problem!

Nick and Will were prompt, worked with our schedule and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them for the next project. They installed entire plumbing job including water distribution, hot water tank , four sinks, vent and sewage system. They worked efficiently and within reasonable time.

Amazing service! I had one of those hated plumbing emergencies this morning and decided to call Straight Up Mechanical based on their Google reviews. I’m so happy I did! I got same-day service that was totally professional, friendly and great value for the money. Will was super nice and explained what he was doing as he worked and also gave me advice about what to watch for. Highly recommend!! A++

They did so much more for us the just the water heater! They helped me with all me plumbing upgrades to meet the town ship of Langley requirements to open my business. The required back flows, separated our house to hot water on demand and ran a new water heater just for my business use. Much of this was done in a crawl space. I had called up several, by that I mean 10 different plumbing services and only Straight Up Mechanical left the best impression with their professionalism (on the phone)for me to give them a try. I was really nervous since I wasn't sure what to expect and was afraid of several things that might go wrong but they exceeded my expectations! Nick was on time, really informative and super friendly. He fixed my drain issue in a jiffy. Super satisfied with their service and will be making them my go to service for my plumbing issues! I hope they keep up the great work and great service!

Truly exemplary service!! We recently were referred to Straight Up from an electrician who did a great job for us...so we were hoping to have the same level of integrity for our new toilet/ bidet and garburator installation. We couldn’t have been more happy with the service that Will provided us. He was punctual, professional, honest and knowledgeable. We’ve had many previous experiences with different trades and when we get to the day where we’ll need plumbing/mechanical expertise again....our first and most foremost call will be for Straight Up!!
