I always get great customer service when I go shopping here. Although, their online shopping at the moment does not have any sleep clothes in my size and i believe my local store is currently closed.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD.I was unfortunately appalled at this locations lack of customer service. Not once was I greeted, offered assistance or even acknowledged in my 15 minutes of being there. I was clearly looking for some new bras which is already hard enough as a women who is plus size and larger chested and I would have really appreciated the help and guidance of a knowledgeable staff member. Instead the staff working decided having a personal conversation with eachother was more than appropriate at the front counter. Needless to say I left money in hand and a sour taste in my mouth. I will not recommend this location nor will I go back.

I always enjoy shopping here. How can they get away putting a sticker on a pair of pants thats around 54$ or so and when I peeled off the sticker the original price is 49.99$!.

I recently had a milestone birthday and for one of my presents I was given a Penningtons coupon, the offer to drive me to the big city and a further $50 towards the clothing of my choice. Whahoo! I had been wearing the same two dresses for the last 3 years..I was in desperate need of new clothes.I think I tried on every style of dress they had in the store at the time. I settled on two. One was purchased with the coupon. And the other was purchased using a special sale they were having in the store at the time. AND they gave me an additional $10 off because it was my birthday.To say we got good service would be an understatement. I would recommend this store for any plus size lady looking for pretty stylish clothing. They carry everything you need: from undergarments to shoes. Great store and customer service.

Helpful and efficient in sale and ordering. Pleasant too.

It's a shame this store doesn't seem to carry a lot of stock or range of sizes,I seem to be ordering a lot online to be shipped to my address,I'm assuming I'm not the only one having to do this and I would hate to see the Red Deer store close as I have seen happen with other Pennington locations.As for customer service in this store... it depends whose on that day for you to be greeted and told the offers on on that day,which is Definitely a missed opportunity to engage with the customer.

Very nice lady helped me figure out my bra size by instructing me how to measure (because of covid restrictions they currently can't do it themselves) and picked one out for me that she thought would feel most comfortable for my figure. And she was right!

Megan helped me today and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is very neat and inviting. My first experience at Penningtons Red Deer today was top notch, I will definitely be going back.

So, I rarely give bad reviews as I also work in customer service. But today, the service me and my family received was beyond acceptable. I was the only customer in the store, for 15 minutes, on mother's day, and not even a greeting of hello could be found from one of the 3 clerks working. Instead I heard them planning a rather important turkey dinner. I had received a gift card to spend at Penningtons and instead I walked out. I made sure they knew I was leaving because of their service but I fear it fell on deaf ears. I doubt I will return to the red deer Penningtons store again.
