Warning: STAY FAR AWAY from this company. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I made the mistake of purchasing an expensive king bed from them, thinking it would be worry-free. However, it has been the complete opposite. From a defective headboard to missing hardware, it has been one problem after another. I had to wait two weeks for a technician to come in, only to find out that I needed to wait another two weeks for a replacement headboard. When it finally arrived, the technician managed to strip the screws, leaving me with a headache. And it doesn't end there. It has been three to four months of absolute chaos, and they still won't take the bed back or compensate me for their mess up.The cherry on top is that their so-called compensation" is in their favor

Mr. Darren Shirley - a king among men.I always say to people, you can't sell to a salesman. And I have sold a lot over my life. I'm also notoriously cheap.The difference is that Mr. Shirley clearly believes in his product - and clearly believes in his company. And I really respect that.I got the additional coverage for the furniture, AND I got the credit card. For someone less enthusiastic and passionate, I would've delivered an enthusiastic and passionate NO".He definitely sold me on the strength of the furniture and on the ability to keep it clean and on the coverage on the fabric. You can tell he owns furniture from Ashley and believes in it. He mentioned selling to his family as well. This is a man who takes pride in his work and sells only things he believes in.It was a pleasure to work with someone who cares about their work so much

I was so impressed with Darren Shirley! To be totally frank, we got along right away and I could tell he was an honest, passionate person who cares about delivering a great service. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to questions.Totally impressed and will definitely be back!

Purchased onlineSales representative was patient & extremely helpful.Home setup wasn’t a option on the website but was able to arrange so through the salesperson.One of the few places out of Edmonton willing to deliver to small towns outside the city limits.

It was our first time going into an Ashley Furniture store and we were very pleased. It is quality furniture!Also, very pleased with Svitlana who helped us with our purchase. She was very helpful and made us feel assured we purchased the right sectional.Can't wait for our new couch to arrive!

A warning about extremely poor customer service. I purchased a sectional from Ashely 5 weeks ago. Once delivered I discovered that the arm of one of the pieces was broken and the fabric was torn and distressed. I called Ashley back immediately and was hoping to arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately, they have a repair before replacement policy. I do no accept this policy as I did not spend >$3200 for a refurbished sectional.Before anything could be done I had to take a day off work so a tech could come and inspect that it was actually broken. Once they determined it was broken they continued to push for a repair. I found out through their online chat that the sectional was likely broken while in transit in their care. Ashley continued to push for a repair, but now I had to wait 4-6 weeks for replacement parts to come in. It was not until I threatened a Visa Charge Back on the grounds that they delivered a broken product did they start changing their tune. After 3 weeks of calling them (not once did anyone ever call me back when they said they would) they finally decided to replace the broken piece. I was thankful for this outcome, but now I had to take a second full day off work to get the replaced piece.As a token, their customer appreciation" to me was $100 in store credit for my inconvenience. This amount was non negotiable. I was not allowed to speak with a manager about this amount. I was supposed to be happy with this.This company delivers known broken furniture (the frame was snapped in half

From the time of purchase to the delivery, it was fantastic. White glove service meant that they removed the old furniture and assembled the new furniture. Highly reccommend Ashley Home Store on 137 ave. Kicked the competition to the curb.

I’m not sure if Justin from repairs in from your location, but if you could pass along the feedback that his level of customer service is above and beyond. He was really polite and super knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and he still said he wished he could do more. Every time I deal with Ashley I get exceptional customer service and he definitely added to the experience. Thank you so much for all your help Justin! Thank you Ashley for the finding the people who really care about customer service and the customer experience.

The delivery guys Calvin and Anthony was so pleasant and very helpful. Great service from them. They are the reason I will be back after having a terrible experience a few weeks ago.
