Nice hotel in a beautiful small town! Reception staff are friendly and bilingual and were always available. We had some recurring problems with our keys not letting us access or rooms but they were quick to replace the keys. Pool is nice and includes a hot tub and sauna.

Exceeded expectations! Covid ready with a feel safe zone in all locations. Easy check in with kind bilingual clerk. The suite with the jacuzzi was immaculate. The air in the room smelled fresh and the room in general was very clean. The tub included soothing bath salts for a great relaxation escape! The restaurant was absolutely scrumptious! The servers were all bilingual and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel as well, I am looking forward to my next stay! Coming from Ottawa with many upper class hotels, this one is right up there and knocked me off my feet! A huge thank you to the hotel employees and the owner for providing us with a memorable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel last year. Clean rooms friendly staff and customer service. The pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub were open late. It made the 10 hour drive to the hotel well worth it. Very central location! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Room was comfortable and clean but a bit dated. Food and service at the restaurant Le Rabasca was very good. We will be going again when in the area.

My family and I literally drive to Quebec (from Toronto) just to come to this hotel. I have stayed here over 7 times now an cannot begin to express my love for this place. The staff is phenomenal, and the amenities are perfect. Not to mention the price is unbeatable. 6/5 stars if I could. I cannot wait to visit again.

Nice pool and hot tub, rooms good size. Carpet was a bit dated and dingy is some areas food was average by for the price. Good place for kids close to a park and the pool hot tub area was above average. Staff where pleasant and helpful.

Super good service. Nicole the receptionist directed us to the right room that we booked for. This morning we saw a cleaning lady actually cleaning the whole floor in one of the rooms. The whole place is super clean without any bad odours.I strongly recommend this Auberge for a weekend get away.saw

The stay at the hotel was excellent. We were a group of 24, and we arrived on ATVs. Very well organized, clean, professional. Overall, it was awesome!

Beautiful pool and clean rooms. But our room smelled like cigarette smoke that had been covered up by fragrance which I am sensitive to. Our remote control didn't have any batteries and I had to go to reception go get some (after a SUPER long shift, I was half naked cause I was running a bath). Couple light bulbs/ lamps don't work. Reception could also be friendlier/more organized. Masks are not enforced here

Decent place and good night sleepPillows little firm.There are improvements that could be made such as cleaning the floors a little better or replace carpets.Think under new recent change in ownership possibly.If you are picky I think need to move along.Pool open to 3am indoor.Staff friendly.There does need to be some updating but if a style is older and things maybe old lets see where this goes in 5 years.I think this will continue to improve don't think in Covid-19 era can expect mass expenditures either.So please give them some slack and be easy going and you will be just fine..
