You order your meds on the app , they either don't have your order , it's not ready , they are missing stock or just don't give you the right qty... (ordered the meds 8h earlier) ... They need a more efficient process and maybe more employees !

Absolutely disgusting service from a very disrespectful, rude and under trained staff, especially at the Post Canada counter. Extremely rude and very condescending service offered no help what so ever. Manager was not really helpful either. No service in english and very discriminatory.

Incredible service from Pina at the Post Canada section in the pharmacy. She was training 2 individuals in the department at the same time - she was extremely efficient & gave amazing service.BRAVO Pina!

They try to shove thier generic brand down your throat and when you tell them you want the original they say no problem exept when you go to pay once the medication is ready it's the generic brand, and if you don't look you'll never notice.Some of the pharmacy staff Is good unfortunately I can't recommend this place since most of them are not able to complete simple tasks and constantly try to sell you generic.

Whether you order in advance or not, you need to wait for walk ins to be served. What is the point.Always long wait, one person at medication delivery counter which negates the pre-order advantage. Now it just ease the workload of the staff without regards for the customer.

On 25 March I went at Jean Coutu for passport photo for me and my family but the photos wasn't good, after 3 days I return their to refund money, discuss with the manager for about 40minutes then he accept, he try several times but the ATM machine showed refuse to refund and then he told me to check my credit account because sometimes the ATM machine got problem, on my phone it showed 8 times refund then i paid them for 7 times because, i need only 1 refund but they cancel their all refunds and steal my 7 times payments
