We arrived at 8 PM and were seated immediately. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to ask aWe arrived at 8 PM and were seated immediately. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to ask us if we want to drinks or at least bring us some water. We had to stop a waitress and ask her to take our order and to get us the water. We placed our order and waited for almost an hour before they started bringing our orders out four of us got our orders immediately and one of us waited for another 20 minutes to get his. I can understand a wait when it is busy, but the restaurant was almost empty and there was plenty of staff around. I was very disappointed in the service. When we were done, we had to track down the waitress to get her bill as well.

Had a great lunch here during a hockey tournament. Food was great, our server Lance was exceptional, the restaurant was clean and classy. 100% would recommend.

Ambiance nice. Wait staff pleasant and efficient. Ordered lobster tail risotto…received three small pieces of lobster and three cups of rice(risotto). Noted to waitress this was not a tail and she returned from kitchen stating “that’s what they were serving” . If three bites of lobster and enough rice to eat for a week interest you…. go.

In the nine days of Maritimes touring, Kiju's Restaurant in Membertou (Sydney) Nova Scotia, served us our best meal. The tenderloins were cooked to perfection and the accompaniments were terrific. The wines and the dessert were excellent. We used the skywalk from the Hampton Inn to get to the restaurant. The dining room has a nice décor.

Affordable, good presentation, tasty, good selection. I chose comfort food. I know that I make a good meatloaf. This one was better than mine. I already tasted before the photo. I would have enjoyed a larger portion. The coconut cream pie was very good.

I'll get right into it. The service was fine, no issues there. There was live music which was nice, but quite loud. It made it difficult to have conversation. The food was very good, however it was overpriced for the small portion sizes. If you stayed at the Hampton inn by Hilton, you got 10% off which was nice. I would say its a decent option if you're staying in the hotel.

We enjoyed a great Sunday brunch with our friends. I had a coconut creme pie as a treat and it was fantastic.Fixed price menu for Mother's Day was on last night. I had BBQ tenderloin and it was great! Soup was amazing (soups are always great here)

We were pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant was as it was attached by a walkway to the Hampton Inn. The Mexican corn was excellent and my friendly server kindly went off menu and arranged a vegetarian club sandwich for me . My husbands noodle salad was excellent. Cold cider from Truro was a great accompaniment.

Fantastic dining! I have eaten here at least 6 or 8 times over the last several months and finally took the time to review but it would be 4 or 5 stars every time! All the dishes are mouth watering and I love some of the more traditional options like corn bread and beans. I usually don't eat desserts but this is the place to ask for a dessert menu! The service has always been fast and friendly and I would highly recommend! Will return!

A beautiful restaurant attached by a pedway to the hotel. Got brunch with the kids. Received prompt and courteous service. The restaurant was nearly empty so it was quiet. My meal was 4/5 for sure. The steak wasn't medium rare like I asked but that happens all the time at other restaurants. I'll definitely be back whenever I come back to Cape Breton.
