Petals Plus Floral Design
Saved my bacon!!! I live in the states and can’t get home to Victoria for Christmas. She made a special “Christmas tree” for my disabled brother, complete with mini Christmas lights etc. last year. it was perfect and it made his Christmas. I’m having her do it again this year. Aaron (sp?) has an amazing “can do” attitude. She is very cheerful to talk to, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Highly recommend Petals Plus.

I ordered the birthday cake bouquet for my daughter's birthday. It was absolutely stunning!!! The owner, Erin was just wonderful to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in suggesting the types of flowers that would hold up best in this arrangement, and she gave excellent color scheme suggestions. Erin personally delivered the arrangement -- it was delivered on a cake platter with candles. My daughter LOVED the arrangement and it was a huge hit at her party. The flowers were very fresh and the arrangement lasted two weeks! I would highly recommend Petals Plus Floral Design. Many, many thanks to you, Erin ... love your creativity! Very Sincerely, Ingrid

I couldn't say enough good things about this shop. Every time I have received an arrangement from Petals Plus it has been fresh, vibrant, and beautiful. Great bang for your buck! They are prompt, friendly and accommodating to any sort of occasion. For instance, in case your 3 year old daughter cuts off her daycare mates hair - Petals Plus is quick to send out an i'm sorry"bouquet to the poor mother - before that mother even knows what happened:)Thanks for all the great service!"

Ordered a specific arrangement from a picture off the page, upon delivery recieved a totally different bouquet. Ordering was fast and simple. But upon receiving the arangement disappointed as contracted Erin to see maybe there was a mixup, no response. I was not informed that some flowers were possibly not available or that the bouquet cannot be the same that some flowers would need to be replaced. Update Erin has contacted me and has replaced the flowers to be similar as the request. Very satisfied with communication and services. Thank you Erin

Hands down Petals Plus is the best florist in Victoria. I frequently order arrangements and Erin always goes above and beyond. I tell her the occasion, and the flowers AND the container are always perfectly suited to the recipient.I have, and will continue to, recommend Petals Plus.

I ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's day and total cost was almost $100 with delivery and tax which is fine. I was however disappointed because I felt that the flowers I ordered on the website did not even come close to what was received. The flowers were pretty - but what was sent should not have cost that much.The left Grace" was what was advertised - the right is what was delivered."

10/10 on so many different levels! My parents live in a different city and wanted flowers delivered to me after a small surgery. I was elated for the delivery… but then I saw the most beautiful bouquet I have EVER seen. It has been a few days and is blooming and I am so obsessed with this stunning work of art. I will FOREVER recommend Petals for any future flower needs! My Mom couldn’t stop raving how incredible the lady over the phone was that helped her. 5 ⭐️
