My first time to Refresh for a massage with Deanna. I would have to say top massage experience in my many years of getting massages. Deanna is obviously experienced at finding and resolving issue areas with little to no communication. Already booked another massage next week as I can feel the results both immediately during the massage and for the last 24 hours. Jackie was also awesome helping out to ensure I understood the process and all the booking options.Thanks again for the awesome experience now both in massage and acupuncture! If you are looking for an effective strong masseuse, Deanna at Leduc Refresh Wellness is worth the visit!

Just had my my consultation/treatment with Dr. Lynnelle Mahe. Hands down the most the in depth chiropractor consult/treatment I have ever had and I have been going to chiropractors for 25 years! She truly cares and listens, I highly recommend her.

I had an awesome first experience with acupuncture. To be honest I was nervous and uneasy, but Becca was so attentive to that and made sure my treatment went smooth. I appreciate the compassion and effort that was put into my well being. I had huge relief after my session !

Kirsten is an amazing acupuncturist. I have been seeing her for treatments since 2008. I am currently dealing with the pain of cubital tunnel. It’s like carpal tunnel, but only at the elbows. She has helped me manage the pain. I would recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been seeing Becca for acupuncture and cupping in order to relieve some tightness that yoga, stretching, and foam rolling just wasn’t getting to. Following her recommendation to alternate regular acupuncture appointments with massage, I have experienced so much relief!

I have been recieving treatment from Dr Lynelle for a little while now. Every visit she begins with a clean slate approach as to what the focus of the visit will entail, then develops her approach. I love this because as rehabilitation progresses, treatment needs to adapt.
