Customer service is good, but the price you will pay is just out of this world.I payed $1000 for 2 brakes change (disk and pads) medium quality, and the car is not even a sports car. Be careful $$$!!

We got stuck here while on a road trip and they got us all fixed up in a day had to do a lot of work too on the car. Honest and fast work. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and prompt repair in an emergency. I was visiting Quebec City and had a stuck calliper, it wore my brakes on that wheel down to nothing and caused a burning smell. No other garage would make space to help a traveller trying to get home, this garage graciously took me in made it a priority to replace the worn and damaged parts. They let me hang out in the shop while waiting providing good chatter with the owner as they worked on the vehicle. The price was very reasonable considering the urgency of the situation. I would recommend them for your maintenance needs.

C’est un garage où je suis allé souvent et où j’ai toujours été bien servi. Les factures peuvent toutefois être assez salées. Mais j’ai récemment eu des problèmes occasionnés par un mauvais diagnostic. Mon automobile faisait un bruit inquiétant. Le garage a changé les freins (facture totale de 1 600 $). Quelques jours plus tard, le bruit est revenu plus fort que jamais, si bien que j’ai dû m’arrêter sur une route de campagne. Le driving shaft était brisé. Selon le garagiste qui a pris la voiture en charge, le bruit provenait probablement de ça dès le début. Je suis très déçu par la situation, qui m’a occasionné énormément de problèmes…

I don't usually write reviews but I have never been treated so poorly by a business before, so I felt writing this was necessary. I am hoping this does not happen to anyone else. I have spent over $4000 and the problem with my vehicle is still not fixed.I brought my car to this mechanic three times. Each time I arrived I asked the receptionist for the bearings to be checked.Every time the mechanic would tell me there is no problem with the bearings but that they have to repair another part of the car and that it is “urgent”. The second time I brought my car in for a tire and oil change and to, once again, check the bearings. The mechanic REASSURED me that there was nothing wrong with the bearings but that he had to fix my auto rack. I said I could come another day and to just do the tire and oil change but he said it was urgent. Then when I arrived he told me it was neither dangerous nor urgent. When I asked if my car would stop making the noise (caused by the bearings) he once again reassured me that the bearings were fine and that my car should not be making noise.I went in for a THIRD time because my car was still making a lot of noise (sounds like a race car when driven over 30km/h). It is so obvious it is the bearings. I am not sure why they chose not to believe me and how they did not notice when test driving the car. I asked the receptionist if the bill for this would be taken into account and she said “yes we don’t want our clients to be paying too much”. She then texts me to tell me it will cost $1100 to repair the bearings. I tell them it is unacceptable and that I expect them to repair it free of charge as I have already spent $4517.89. I repeatedly said the bearings were a problem and they just kept reassuring me that the bearings were fine but that they urgently had to fix other parts of my car but then they would backtrack by saying it wasn’t actually urgent. It was like listening to a broken record. I found this very suspicious and since I believed they knew more than me about the vehicle I believed them which is my biggest regret.It is not my fault that they did not properly check the bearings the first two times. The mechanic himself called me and kept giving me excuses on why they didn’t notice it before and at this point I was in tears. After spending $4517.89, the problem was still not resolved.He even tried to tell me that my problem with the bearings wasn’t exactly dangerous, as if the bearings are not what help your wheels rotate! He then proceeded to attempt to offer me just $100 off the repair.I trusted them because I believed they were an honest family business, and were more knowledgeable than me, but now I am out $4517.89 and feel very unsafe driving my car. I am open to the idea of them making this right by reaching out and doing the work correctly if they are willing, but I do not recommend this mechanic to anyone seeking vehicle repairs because they will take advantage of the situation to line their pockets with your hard-earned money. I hope you are able to learn from my costly mistakes.

My daughters were on a vacation in Quebec when the radiator on their car was ruptured. This shop immediately went to work and helped them get on their way safely. I really appreciate Renee and his patience during a stressful time for us. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
