The service dept is by far the best out there. They truly care about you as they helped me out a few times when i was there from out of town and stranded. They got me going and back home safely. Erin and another gentleman went above and beyond and deserve kudos from their boss and the dealership general manager. Chrysler Canada should visit and train all the staff to these peoples standards. Can't say enough about these guy's. Thanks again for getting me taken care of in short order and home safely.

Will be buying my new Jeep elsewhere after how the front desk staff treated me and my daughter upon entering the dealership.My first and last time ever going into that place.So much for the friendliness of a small town.Vancouver dealerships are far more friendly!

So I was on their website on Monday May 15th, just browsing used vehicles when I found one that fit my needs. Stopped in on Tuesday to inquire, not expecting to make the purchase. Ron was my sales/financing guy and he made it happen. The whole staff were so friendly and helpful, absolutely amazing. If you're in 100 Mile House and looking for a vehicle I highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome parts and service department(s)! We have had both of our vehicles serviced here, regular maintenance and some fun stuff too, and have never been disappointed. The service manager, staff and mechanics are the most amazing compassionate people ever. My husband and I were heading to Vancouver from Tumbler Ridge to be with my mother in law for her last hours of life and we ended up with serious truck issues, the service manager went out of his way to have truck diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hours. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

After repeated disappointments with the service department at Kelowna Chrysler, Curtis and his team at 100 mile House were a breath of fresh air. We were camping, in a fairly remote area of South Caribou region in BC. Jeep was failing and was NOT going to make it back home to Kelowna, let alone towing a trailer. Curtis and his team made the time in their busy day to save us from what could have been an ugly set of events. With gratitude, we recommend and commend Regency Chrysler ❤️❤️♥️
