I LOVED the staff at this store - it was actually fun. They were a lot of help, and they did a very good engraving. They also have a nice selection of nice pens, to compliment the pen shoppe around the corner, with whom they parter. I'll definitely come back to this place for engraving and if I need to buy a nice pen as a gift (coupled with the Vancouver Pen Shoppe right around the corner on Howe).

Staff was so friendly and he did not try to push or be Salesy at all. Amongst covid, this is definitely a small business you should support. And btw, check out these toys aren’t they the cutest thing ever? The staff (assuming owner) taught me how to treat your customers even in this challenging time. Our apologies for mistakenly touching your toys but we just want to say thank you so much!

I was originally just looking for a nice gift, but ended up getting a personalized watercolor illustration that turned out amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. I was even able to get the frame engraved there too! Overall, I highly recommend Obsessions for anyone looking for unique and personalized gifts. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service. Thanks again for a great experience!

Why have I never shopped in here? What a fabulous store for last-minute gifts for friends and family! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I bought something for a small child. They have a great selection of unusual things that you have to check out.

The Jellycat toys collection they have is amazing, I just found a big purple dragon that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Definitely going back again next month, they told me their new Jellycat are arriving soon.

Great experience shopping there for art supplies, I was so happy to see all the Caran d’Ache crayons but i was surprised to see the variety of pens they had, definitely coming back soon
