I havn't yet received my acrylic but Michael has been amazing at promptly and detailed answering all of my questions and assures me the high quality of the product. Since this is a company I have not ordered from before he offered to send me a sample acrylic to make sure I like it! And to top that off he will have it delivered to my door enroute the same week! I am so excited to get it this week., I will be sure to update my review when I receive it.

Never used this company but the company van with logo just parks on the side of costo on hwy 7 and runs inside to purchase items. They are too important to find a proper parking spot. I attached a photo as well.

I brought three IDENTICAL prints into staples that I had ordered from the UK I thought having them plak’d would be a good idea. It cost me 150 bucks, when I got them back they looked fine, I brought them home and realized they were all crooked and SOMEHOW one was even a different colour. Now, I know this is not staples fault, it’s the company who does it (PLAK-IT) but I called the store immediately and the girl who I spoke with said they could re order My prints for me and have them done again and reimburse me my 150. When I go into the store, the girl is conveniently on vacation for 2 weeks, and they can’t re order my prints for me. They did issue me a refund but that doesn’t help me. I’m left with three prints that are all different sizes and THEY COMPLETELY RUINED THEM. Worst customer service ever. And would NEVER TRUST PLAK IT WITH A PRINT UNLESS YOU HAVE COPIES . Also no use trying to call this plak it location! They never answer the phone!!! EVER. PLAK-it, if you are unable to plak something THEN DONT. Now I have this catastrophe hanging on my wall and it look ridiculous. Garbage service. What if they had been irreplaceable prints ?Photo attached, middle one is the smallest, right one is slanted on the top and is a brighter white for some reason. Super professional

I have been using Rokan for many years. They provide speedy service and great quality. They do fantastic plak work and custom canvas wraps. I would recommend them and I will continue to use their services.

I contacted these guys on Thursday from a town two hours away for a rush job. They got it done, shipped it out and it arrived on time first thing Monday. SUPER impressed. Loretta was incredibly patient and kind. THANK YOU

I recently had a gallery wrap done. I appreciated that they took the time to clarify the order with a call. Then they processed the order quickly. The results were great! The wrap was packaged beautifully. The cost was very competitive. I will be most definitely using this company again!
