Mr. Lube + Tires

Awful service.They damaged the body of my car without mentioning it. They put the jack on the wrong place and made a big crater on the underside of my car.They even didn't even apologize or cover the expenses.It's been a month and I'm still awaiting for them to fix my car. Kanav 'store manager' is always saying something to buy time.

Came here to get engine light warning checked, that had got turned on couple of days back. Vineet was honest and friendly. Ran the diagnostic and said it was not an issue- just a faulty sensor. He fixed the warning. I was out within 5 minutes without paying even a cent. Fantastic and honest customer service!

This establishment has become my preferred destination for oil changes, and I am confident that it will remain so indefinitely.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jas and Kanav for their exceptional service. As a first-time customer seeking an oil change outside of the dealership, I approached Mr. Lube with some reservations, having previously relied on Hyundai Richmond Hill for this service. However, due to my demanding work schedule, I found it challenging to secure an appointment at the dealership. Consequently, I decided to give Mr. Lube a chance.Upon arriving, I joined the queue and patiently awaited my turn, with each vehicle typically requiring approximately 15 to 25 minutes of attention. With only one car ahead of me, I was promptly attended to by Jas, who warmly greeted me and inquired about the service I required. I requested an oil change, and Jas proceeded to provide a comprehensive explanation of all the accompanying services included in the process. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they also conducted a thorough inspection of all fluids, replenishing them as necessary, at no additional cost. Additionally, the team inspected and presented the condition of my cabin and engine filters, offering transparency throughout the entire procedure. Throughout our conversation, two other diligent team members worked simultaneously on my vehicle, both above and below it. I received regular updates on their progress, and upon completing the oil change, Jas thoughtfully presented the dipstick for me to personally verify the condition of the oil. Although Jas introduced the topic of synthetic oil, I appreciated that there was no pressure to opt for this option. Nevertheless, I conducted further research and have decided to switch to synthetic oil going forward.The entire experience at Mr. Lube differs significantly from that of my dealership. I once had a disagreement with the dealership when they repeatedly unplugged my dash cam, citing concerns of confidential information stored in the vehicle's computer. It was clear to me that their explanation was unfounded. Fortunately, Mr. Lube came to my rescue, as their unique approach allows customers to remain in their vehicles while the expert team performs the necessary tasks right before their eyes. I never had to step away from my car for even a moment. This revelation made me contemplate the disparity between the exceptional service and competitive pricing offered by Mr. Lube, compared to the dealership. While the dealership provides the convenience of a car wash, I must question whether the additional cost and subpar service are truly worthwhile.Furthermore, I appreciated the hospitality extended to me during my visit, as I was kindly offered beverages such as water, coffee, and tea.In conclusion, I could elaborate further on my positive experience, but in essence, I unequivocally declare that I will no longer patronize my dealership, as Mr. Lube has successfully earned my unwavering loyalty. I commend the entire team, particularly Kas and Kanav, for cultivating such an exceptional group of professionals.Rest assured, I will be returning to Mr. Lube in approximately six weeks for my next visit.

Goutam was the service advisor did a great job on my Ram ecodiesel in changing the oil, filters, light bulb and general look over of vehicle.Great job good place to go

I went today with only the intention of changing my tires over! Well.. I needed new filters, an oil change, fuel injection fluid and other fluids checked! It was all done in a timely manner! These guys are all GREAT! I even had all of them laughing (my personality simply shone through today and well.. I won’t say anything else!) I will be back in a couple of months for my next oil change etc.. and of course more laughs!!!GREAT JOB GUYS!! Thank you so much for doing the maintenance on my car today!!

I had a horrible experience with Mr. Lube of Newmarket.Young and inexperienced employees who do not pay attention to the customer's request it may be because of the way they are paid" They do not value the customer's time and money and not only are they not in a hurry

Had an issue with my tire valve and took it to Mr. Lube. Not only did they look after it quickly, they did it with a smile and made sure everything was sorted. Great service. Great customer care. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of speaking with the boss at Mr Lube today while the experts were hard at work. Requested a synthetic oil change and they completed it with no problems. Full diagnostic completed and original service manual was referenced for accuracy. Great service. Will come again.
