Ohana Dental Clinic

People are friendly but doctor didn't give me much time to discuss my results, ask questions and my course of action.What bothered me most was how dirty the entire office is. It starts at the reception where the desk is full of dust but even the other rooms just didn't feel hygienic. Dirt on the tools and machines which are also very old! Mud all over the seat clearly means it doesn't get cleaned between patients eitherHygienist forgot to change gloves after cleaning one of the machines and leaving the room, coming back and touching my mouth with still the same gloves. I felt very uncomfortable.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Guan since 2005. He and his staff are always professionnal and courteous and we are always greated with a smile. They offer a wide array of services and their patients' well being is their priority. We have never been disappointed. The location is conveniant and the office is clean and well lit. They are also very community oriented and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Ohana Dental Clinic.

Where do I even start?! There are so many great things about this clinic, I’ll have to categorize.Let me start off with the best part - the staff:They are all such incredibly kind, caring and compassionate people!! They make you feel so welcome, comfortable and taken care of! Dr. Guan’s attention to detail, steady hand and kind and gentle approach is among some of the many reasons I will keep returning to this clinic. He is so thorough, explains to you what is being done and prepares you fully so there are never any surprises. If you get the pleasure to meet Misty, a lovely dental hygienist, you’ll undoubtedly form a bond with her because she is so bright, energetic and kind-hearted, you won’t want to leave the chair! She’s a breath of fresh air! Nirmala at the front desk feels like family with how welcoming, accommodating and cheerful she is. I could chat with her all day! I haven’t met the all the others yet, but I’m confident they are just as awesome because they work together as a team! The staff is what makes this place so great and keeps me excited for my next appointment.The environment: they have created a beautiful dental clinic that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. There are TV’s to watch while you get your cleaning done and beautiful beach scenes in each room. The decor is gorgeous, but the main thing is that it’s always so clean!! Beautiful calming environment even for the most anxious patients. During Covid they have gone above and beyond what is expected of them. The measures they have in place make you feel very safe and protected.Now to the personal part: I had Fast Braces done at this clinic as recommended by Dr. Guan and let me tell you, I cannot stop smiling!!!!! I started them September 2020 and just got them off today (April 1st)! They did such a fantastic job every step of the way! I’m so glad I trusted Ohana Dental clinic with my smile because they went above and beyond. I’m in my 30’s and felt a little goofy getting braces, but they totally made it such a smooth, fun, easy, and quick process. I couldn’t be more thankful and happy with the results. I have been to many dental clinics while living in Toronto and could never find one I was this excited about going to. When it comes to your teeth and oral hygiene, trust the best and Dr. Ray Guan and his team are truly the best of the best.

My family and I have been coming to Ohana dental for about 10 years. Before this I was switching dental clinics all the time. We love the staff and environment. This past fall I decided to get my teeth adjusted with the fast braces. Amazing! 6-7 months and my smile is 100% better and my braces are off!! :)If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

I have been going to Ohana Dental Clinic for almost 20 years - This is the best place to go for dental care - they treat you like their family - my daughter recently completed braces treatment and her smile is out of this world - she is constantly smiling and she looks radiant! Everyone here is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and they utilize state of the art equipment - yes, TV's on the ceiling with your choice of TV shows or movies! A BIG Thumbs Up for Ohana Dental Clinic - this is a place where you will never have to worry about having the best smile possible and healthy teeth! Dr. Guan is a ROCK STAR!
