We have a house on Lake Stevens, I was concerned about the cleaning company we chose to do our exterior cleaning because we have strict runoff regulations and fines from harmful chemicals (we have been fined in the past), after speaking with Northwest Maintenance and finding out they are 100% Eco-Friendly, Insured and Bonded, we decided to go with them (not to mention I was able to get a discount for being a Fireman). They showed up and did a live demonstration on the difference they could make, the difference was night and day. We had our Roof, House, Windows and our Boat Dock Cleaned and everything turned out absolutely amazing. Thank you Northwest Maintenance for helping us get ready for summer, we will be using you in the future!

I bought my first house this year, within a few months I had a letter in the mail from my HOA that my driveway needed to be cleaned. After calling around for 3 days I was finally able to schedule to have an estimate to clean the tire marks and what looked like rust off of my driveway. I was expecting to pay hundreds for this service, I was surprised to find out the price was very reasonable! Initially Northwest Maintenance came out and did an estimate and the services same day, since I've had my driveway cleaned quarterly to avoid any letters from my HOA. The services provided have been excellent! I have recommended this business to my neighbors, friends, and other businesses.

It is hard to find a quality contractor anymore, and after having been pointed in the direction by the UAMCC's professional certified contractor directory, things have never been easier.As a multi property owner, (both residential and commercial) it is comforting to know that I never need to worry about wether the recurring service is getting done at our commercial properties, or if there was any issues.. Absolutely Top Notch Service and Professionalism! We had located Northwest Maintenance from a Google Search. We had large amount of family and friends over for Christmas and wanted our house to be comfortable and presentable. We contacted Brandon at Northwest Maintenance, after giving him all of the correct information pertaining to the dimensions of the house and window count, he gave us a hassle free quote in just a few minutes over the phone, we scheduled with no problems, he showed up early and actually apologized, before he started he educated my wife and I about the procedures and precautions we should take if we were to leave the house while he was cleaning it. Excellent Service! My father lives up in Stanwood, I live in Seattle so I don't get to visit him often. Last week I decided to take a trip up to see him for the week. He is getting older and can't do what he use to, well, the house's exterior was a complete mess, the roof was covered with moss, the house was covered with algae, the gutters and downspouts were jam-packed with pine needles and leaves, to make a long story short, crud and grime everywhere. I contacted Northwest Maintenance, they came out the next day and provided us with a Free Estimate, we scheduled our cleaning that same day for the weekend. They answered all of our questions and educated us about the process, the cleaning didn't even take that long and before we knew it my fathers house looked brand spankin new, they delivered above and beyond, spectacular results, we will continue to use and recommend their company from here on out!

We recently purchased a older house that had been neglected for some time that needed some TLC.After contacting Brandon to Paint our Homes Exterior, he had identified several issues that hadn't even ocuured to us. Rotten fascia boards, dryrot on our deck beams, caulking that had failed on our siding that had destroyed our cedar siding and caused mold in our walls.They replaced insulation that rats had torn out, replaced wooding sheathing, the water proof barrier, replaced siding, bad deck beams, bad fascia boards, then painted our home and stained our decks. We couldn't be happier, their attention to detail is impressive, very highly recommended!We'll be hiring Brandon again for any Painting or Remodeling of our rental homes in the future.
