Location given by Google maps directions is wrong. Location is by JYSK and Shopper's.

Not even a real fedex shipper they over charge to make commissions. I ship a package thru FedEx for $67 and this place wants $95?I do not recommend

Rude staff. Have no idea what they are doing. Dirty store. Lots of better place to do this type of business.

They always leave a label and newer deliver anything. I wasted hours and hours trying to get my parsels back in their sipping centers. Also, the working hours are constantly changing without a notice. I wish I had an option not to use their service.

No email sent to me with tracking #Rude and snippy on the phone. Wrong address on shipping label prevented delivery on time. I'll never go there again.

My friend lost his phone in Mexico. He asked me to picl one up at his phone store he had pre paid for it plus a case a screen protector and a sim card. I took it to a fedex dealer in coquitlam to ship to a fedex store in Mexico. The package stopped moving in mexico i contacted fedex and was told it maybe stalled at the mexican boarder. After many phone calls i was told i would get a call back. Ofcourse no call back . I did call them back numerous times to get a hold of some one and was told again to expect a call back in 24 hours or less once again no call back. Once i did get hold of some one they said it maybe still on its way and the would check into it. I was then contacted saying they dont know were the box is and to start loss claim. Was contacted by 3 different people getting the same results no ware fast and excuses. I had gone over all the stuff in the shipment including costs of all items and they were emailed copy of the receipt. Almost 3 months after original shipping date i get an email saying they believe the shipment is lost and to please forward a list of items and cost. Really both me and the receiver have sent this info multiple times to multiple people and this is were we are still? You would be better off sending it ponyExpress than with these clowns. Next step small claims court.

The location sucks! It's top is a sign of another brand. Even they told you the unit number, but it's useless because there is no clue where the unit is. It took me almost an hour to find it. I asked people in nearby Timhorton and Shoppers, and they had no idea where it is. It took almost an hour to find it. The guy in the store told it was a heavy package. It's actually only 4 boxes of masks, which are only a little bit heavier than the notice they delivered to my house! Will never use Fedex again!

This place doesn't have the service for sending a document to the government office. It's not appropriate this store has a title of authorized". I recommend to go to the near fedex store "Packaging Depot - FedEx
