Ventralux Windows and Doors

I have had Will at Ventralux install doors and windows at 2 properties of mine.Always good workmanship, quality product and punctual service. Will has always answered questions and explained the whole process thoroughly.I would absolutely recommend Ventralux.

Buyer beware of this company. Zero rating as they are not a 'full service' as they advertise. Senior who purchased a new storm door in August 2019. By the start of summertime 2021, the retractable screen door to allow the hidden mesh screen for fresh air had broken and would no longer retract when the glass was lowered or raised. Since that time, several polite and articulated messages had been left with owner Will Wellman as to warranty and repairs to correct the problem. All calls to the owner went unanswered. He seemed to screen any servicing issues and would not return any calls that were deemed a problem for him. Initial contact with salesman Greg Schirk initially showed promise as he seemed sympathetic to replacing the roller screen mechanism, but this also proved futile as now both totally ghosted any calls made to them. Nothing. And if you have issues after installation of the product you paid for, expect nothing for service as this company is not 'full service' as advertised. I'll keep checking back to see if this negative review has been removed to warn others, just to re-post again and again if need be. Again I left a detailed phone message last week with each of them and this is why i'm now posting this review in July 2023. Guess what. Nothing. Shame on them.

Never returned my calls, simply disappeared after I requested a warranty replacement of a glass for a window that Ventralux did for us years ago. Not reliable at all to trust and waste your money...My previous Google reviews were removed somehow, and now only the good ones are on the Google search. Maybe the owner changed the old business name..because there were a lot of negative reviews.Makes me wonder!If I could, I will rate Zero customer service!
