Super service après-vente!J'ai fait affaires avec Thermex pour l'achat de l'ensemble des fenêtres chez nous en 2003. Près de 20 ans plus tard, j'avais besoins du contrat initial demandé par la compagnie Lepage afin de changer un volet de bois endommagé. Ne retrouvant pas le contrat dans mes archives, j'ai fait appel à Thermex et Monsieur Olivier Phan a pris la peine de télécopier le contrat papier de l'époque (40 pages) et me l'a transféré dans la demi-heure qui a suivi mon appel! C'est très agréable de voir qu'il existe encore des entreprises avec un service aussi courtois et professionnel. Merci Thermex!

Olivier worked with me and my contractor to install all new windows and doors. He took the time to confirm all the details clearly at every step. Olivier Phan was amazing since the first conversation, provided a tone of detail and even took the time to teach me about different window/door styles.We installed 2 windows in our newly renovated kitchen and French doors leading to our back deck.Olivier’s recommendations and input made it all come to life exactly how we wished, he took the time to discuss all options and we came up with the best solution. I got all my doors and windows from here over the last few years. We just put in our final window in the kitchen - such a difference!!! Also the doors we put a few years ago still look and work perfectly! I highly recommend great quality, good prices, great service!
