I had all 6 of my basement windows replaced last week and I am very happy with the results. The installers did a great job, kept things quite clean and their attention to detail is noticeable. I highly recommend Sunview and I will continue to use them to replace the remaining windows in my house.

We had 5 Sunview windows installed in 2021 and were so satisfied with the quality of the windows and their installation that when we needed two more large windows replaced this spring, we didn't hesitate in choosing Sunview again.Sunview staff have shown themselves to be reliable and perform very professionally in all our dealings with them. This spring's installation crew, Zack, Ali, and Joe were very pleasant and did a great job, as did the 2021 crew (unfortunately, I don't remember their names or I'd give them a shout-out too). I recommend this company very highly.

Excellent sales service, excellent installation, excellent communication over the phone. I have zero complaints. Everything went smoothly. Good costumer service is hard to get these days! And this company did not disappoint. Now, I recommend when getting your windows installed to schedule it during the SPRING OR FALL. This way, your windows do not sag or expand from temperature changes. The installation will be the best fit in mild temperatures rather very hot or very cold. Trust me!

We replace all our old windows and doors in our house, the installation crew (Paul and Sergei) did a very good job, very polite, efficient, on time and hardworking. I am posting this for my dad who is 80+ yr and tech challenged.My dad (Steve) arranged for Sunview to come in and replace all of his windows. They came in and replaced them, collected their cheque and left. His new wife, who had a stroke and is partially disabled, was at the house when the replacement was done and she has limited knowledge of what is acceptable for installation and finishing.There have been several problems since then and they are as follows:1) Finishing (trim) was horrible. The corner pieces were off colour from the trim installed on the tops and sides. They also installed a few broken corner and trim pieces and used silicone to fill the damage. See Picture2) Installed a smaller patio door unit and left a huge gap between the top of the door and the framing. Then did not fill the area with insulation or foam seal the edges. To top it off, no pun intended, the top trim piece was too small and they left the old trim line showing. See Picture3) In early 2020 the seal on one of the living room windows failed allowing condensation in between the panes of the glass. My dad contacted the company and advised them of this and sent them pictures of the window failure. They said that they would replace the failed glass unit. He has contacted the company several times over the last two years to find out what the status of the replacement was and always been told It is on order and we will call when it comes in". 2 years to replace one glass unit? Come on....!4) Front door was not nstalled properly and has shifted causing the door slab to bind on the jamb.5) When they installed the kitchen window they broke the tile surrounding the window and just slapped silicone on the broken tile and left it in place.I am guessing that the crew that did the installation was not very good and shoulder a lot of the blame for the cause of the issues. However

Sunview replaced all our basement windows with new sliders this spring. Not only were they slightly less expensive than competitors, but the product is really good and they did a great job with the install. Very happy with the results.

Jamie & his installation team were fantastic. He recommended we order Herr custom windows to make our basement windows up to egress code, and they were fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend!
