I've never had a problem with Stone's and their workers. Top notch and highly professional. They are not inexpensive by any means, but they do it right and they do it on time. They give good advice, and have many excellent products. So, in sum, you pay for it, but you get top-notch service.

I have never encounter such a rude man( Ambrose Stone , Co-owner/Supervisor) on the phone. I was first quoted $205.00 to put in a new set of kitchen taps, then within 24 hrs. it was 400+. Called to speak with the owner, his voice raised when I told him this was unacceptable, he said a few choice words to me .. I said explain to me why the hike in the rate 1 day later. He then hung up the phone in my ear...I WOULD SUGGEST TO EVERYONE THIS IS NOT THE PERSON OR COMPANY THAT YOU SHOULD HIRE..

Marc and the team at Stone Bros. Plumbing have always been excellent to deal with. They are quick to get an appointment when you have a concern and have always been able to resolve any plumbing issues I've had. I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs!

Called late one evening, toilet wasn't flushing properly and had family home from away. Marc showed with parts and had us back up and flushing in no time. Very professional, courteous, quick, efficient and competitively priced. Will definitely use in the future!

End of August 2019 my sewer clogged and was on the verge of backing up..i called Stone Brothers and immediately they got back to me as they did at least 5 other times in the last 2 years. They made it to my place within 20 minutes and probably saved me thousand..let me add this was 6 pm in the evening and gave me a great price..thanks again guys

Marc was super courteous and did a great job! Called on the weekend and was quoted a time and price on the phone. Showed up on time, quickly fixed the issue and stood by the price on the phone. Definitely will be using in the future

Stone Bros was amazing to deal with. I was recommended to hire them for my last renovation project which had hit several speed bumps along the way. They were flexible enough and willing to adjust timelines all while staying true to their original quote. I will certainly be hiring them for every job I encounter throughout my career in property management.
