We worked with them in the installation of a heat pump. They are very easy to work with, they came very fast to do the evaluation and worked with our space. They offered a couple of options and explained the pros and cons of each one. The quotes were adequately priced, they weren't the cheapest but weren't the most expensive either. We wanted to get a heat pump that could withstand the Québec winters and they delivered, we ended up going with a Gree capable of working down to -30°C. The technician that came for the installation was very efficient and experienced, worked very neatly, we didn't have to do any wall repairs afterwards. I'm writing this review after our first winter (it was cold, we had ice storms too) with the heat pump and it's working wonderfully, it never stopped during the winter.

I Call them this morning, they had someone in my area he came around 11 Am. He saw the problem he went and got the part, that need to be change. MY freezer working now. Great service, fast and affordable. A1+++

I had my system not working and it is in the attic, it is very hot there and all other compamies refused to come in.they promised to verify the weather and if at night it will be cool enough they will call to come the next day.I assumed it is a polit eway to appologise but in reality they were very serious 2 days later they called and came the next day at 7:15 in the morning.checked everything, found the kleak repaired it and everthing was done with efficiency and the bill was very comprehensive.excellent service, the technician who cam had a big smile all along and was very courteous and polite.I am keeping their contact and I will recommend them to all my friends.
