Best bike and best service staff response for issues and queries is very fast...staff is helpful...used it for Uber foods delivery....worth every penny....Definitely rent it again

Great bike, the service is good but I don’t think it is for me. The conditions to ensure you reduce your insurance risk feel a bit onerous (you probably get used to it) and the monthly costs just doesn’t make sense for my situation but if it works for you this a great idea and solution.

Phillip helped me with my setup and it was great experience as he explained me about all the rules and the things about the ebike, they even replaced Mt battery right away as it had some missing screws.Will update my review after I have my full 1 month experience, for now the bike has been pretty good, aside from the seat being a bit too sturdy for me.Also do lock your bikes people, even taking out battery for every time u leave the bike on its own for a delivery or be it be for eating food, that few minutes will save u some hundreds

I take off back to England each fall so Zygg is such a convenient way to enjoy Toronto's amazing bicycle path system. Jennifer and the crew are incredible at what they do, providing friendly and helpful customer service. If you live in a condo and are space conscious Zygg is a perfect solution to not have to store an ebike all year round. This will be my second year and I'm well looking forward to hitting the road. SEIZE THE DAY!

Overall service is good. As compared to other competitors they don't offer vehicle crash insurance. They only provide theft insurance cover. None of the bikes have GPS so difficult to track in case of theft.

We were in need of a last-minute short-term rental and the team at Zygg were fabulous. They were very flexible in accommodating our unique needs and were super friendly. And their e-bikes are fabulous too. Strongly recommend.

Great rental service and bikes provided by ZYGG . They also have great customer services that helps you get the small repairs done on the house . I rented the cycle for 3 months and it was bliss of a procedure starting from day 1 to the last day when I returned it . Thank you Zygg for your services .

I've rented e-bikes at Zygg several times and I've always had great experience. The team is very polite, patient and are always trying to help you solve any issue you have related to the bike or documentation etc. I really recommend their service! :)
