Very knowledgeable and easy to get ahold. I called at 9am to make an appointment. I dropped off my machine by noon the same day and it was ready a few hours later. My machine is working as if it were brand new. We are lucky to have someone as capable to service Breville machines in Calgary.

This is a very good way to repair your machine when you do not want to buy a new one! It requires you to do very little. They take care of everything for you and explain to you exactly what is going wrong with your machine; you just drop it off and pick it up a few hours later. I will be revisiting if I have any other issues with any coffee machines. It was an overall good and friendly experience!

We brought our 7 year old Jura F7 in for repair and cleaning as it stopped working (board problem). Yosef diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our machine the same day! Amazing service! The videos he sent us throughout the process were excellent. Definitely doing annual service with him from now on.

Had a 5 year saeco minuto that I though was done for. They were able fix the grinder rebuild the cartridge and completely clean out the machine at a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace it. Very fast and efficient and would highly recommend them!

Joseph fixed my Pico Barista machine the same day I brought it in! My machine is 7 years old and has been great for a long time but had stopped working. It needed a new brew unit and he also tuned it up as well. I am really impressed with how fast he gets things done and the overall experience.
