Charles is absolutely the best at what he does. He knows everything there is to know about hair and his service is very quick. 10/10 highly recommend him.

Had to go to an event the next day and asked for highlights and a cut. The cut was lovely had a few highlights that were visible and when he (the stylist) was finished he showed me my hair, from every angle and I was pleased but for over $200 I wasn’t walking out feeling great to be honest. I wanted to ask him if he could put more in but he was rushing to leave, so I left it. I got home and my husband said that my hair looked nice but he couldn’t see any highlights. So I showed him the back and he was mortified (I still have pictures) a few highlights were visible but he noticed a huge orange highlight and an orange blob. The hair stylist must have seen that and covered my hair with a darker bit when he showed me the back, in the salon. I immediately called and spoke to Charles and he said that unfortunately the stylist wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks. I explained I had an event to go to the next day so please could someone fix it. He replied with a “no” I was quite taken back and literally begged that I’d be so grateful if he or another stylist could fix it and he said “no that’s not possible” He then very rudely said “come back in 2 weeks when (the name of stylist) is back. No compassion, no apologies about my hair nothing. I then said can I just come to show you, that I have an orange blob and big wide orange stripe across the back of my head. I was told it would be a wasted journey. DO NOT spend good money here, it is not worth it, there was no apology and the owner is very rude. I ran to another salon in St Thomas and they were mortified at my hair and how I’d been treated. To be honest I hadn’t stood my ground because I was just flabbergasted at my whole experience. The other salon I went to showed all the other stylists my hair and they were shocked. The other salon fitted me in the next morning to fix my hair. I was charged with a colour correction etc, so all in all my hair cost over $400 in less than 24hrs. I would recommend everyone to think twice at going to this salon.
