I asked them if they could wax 4 boards before lunch time and they did. Then they helped me carry them to my car! Service doesn't get much better than that!

First class boot fitting service and rentals. My dad and I bought ski boots here. Luke, Greg and Olivia took time to make sure we had the right fit. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient and will get you set up correctly. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for new boots.

Went for new ski boots, and I knew I was in for a personalized fitting when Greg spent the first 30 seconds just watching how my feet moved while I stood up and sat down. Felt listened to, had absolutely all my questions answered, and I am so excited to use my new boots this season! :)

Wow! Great place so happy I stopped by,. Two years of foot pain from boots / solved today by Greg, Andy and Xander. Can’t recommend them enough - experts! Get the thin socks with cotton in bottom!

Friendly little shop with some amazing gear. Demo’d and bought some skis from them second to last weekend of winter ops. Efficient and quick service. Only place I’ve seek with a collection of Icelantic, Stokli, and Nordica in one place. Check them out.

Can’t speak highly enough about Greg and the staff at Freefall . Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I bought new ski boots and Greg spent hours modifying them to fit my extremely unusual ankle without charge. I highly recommend Freefall for all your ski gear . Best ski shop in town by far . In the very bust Xmas peak, when Elevation ski store could only offer a boot fitting appointment a day later, the Freefall team fitted three of our group for new boots. We all had the most comfortable boots ever and no adjustments were needed. These people understand how to fit boots. Highly recommended

Great experience with Greg when I got my new ski boots. Found out my old ones were too big and hindered my performance. I learned quickly that ski boots are the most important to have fitted correctly. I also wear orthotics and he made sure to measure and mold insoles to address my pronation. It took about 2 hours and he was with me the entire time to ensure a proper fit. My wife was also fitted for new boots and was equally impressed. I look forward to trying the various ski brands Freefall has such as Fischer. My wife loves the Fischer Ranger FR's she got last year. Thank you Greg and staff at Freefall.
