Boom korean fried chicken

The fries were delicious, the bun soft and the chicken fresh. When I entered they welcomed me a smile. They do cook everything fresh though so be prepared for a 10/15 min wait, order before or go shopping next door while you wait, it's worth it.

I used to live in Toronto, where there are so many great Korean restaurants. I was so happy to discover a Korean fried chicken restaurant in Oshawa, finally! We had the boom crispy chicken, soy garlic chicken, and crispy fries with boom sauce. Everything was delicious, the chicken was so crispy, perfectly seasoned and made fresh to order! The man who took my order when I came in was also super nice and helpful :) Will definitely be ordering more in the future. Looking forward to trying the tteokbokki!

All their menu is beyond perfect! I already taste them all, and what I can say is fantastic, and awesome! The staffs are very accommodating as well. A very reccommended store! We will order again. Only at boom chicken! Thanks a lot !

Delicious chicken and fries! It is a cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. My favourite was soy garlic chicken. Cheesling is a must try as well. Everything was crispy and juicy. You should try boom fries if you want something special. Big thanks to the team ❤️

We ordered for the first time today and we’re both I love. Bone in chicken- honey garlic and fries… the chicken was great, lots of it, and the fries were even better… they were different than ordinary restaurant fries with coconut oil or something coconut on them and good spices. I wanted more and more even when I was so full. My boyfriend brought it home and it was still a decent temperature. We’ll be back, especially for those fries!

An absolute must try place!!Such friendly and inviting staff, I was greeted with such a friendly smile. I ordered the boneless soy garlic chicken and it did not disappoint!!! Such beautiful light and crispy batter but not greasy, just super tender and juicy chicken with wonderfully flavourful sauce that hit all the right notes without being overpowering in anyway. Not to mention the portion size was pretty darn big considering the quality of the chicken and the price, it was so good I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot. Devoured the entire thing in my car, then felt compelled to go back and praise the chef that made what is probably the best fried chicken I have EVER had in my life (sorry mom)Everyone needs to try this place at least once, it is truly amazing and I will be trying the entire menu. I live 40 minutes away and il be driving down here just for this chicken

I’ve been searching for a real Korean fried chicken until this place popped up in my map and didn’t think twice to go. It’s pennyworth! You wouldn’t want to miss a great taste like this! Looking forward to be tasting everything in the menu! Great job!

Chicken is my main meat choice. Especially Korean chicken. This BOOM chicken is one of the best chicken I've had in Canada. I can dare to say that it is much better than ones in Korea. Teokbokki is so delicious!! I am so glad to have it open close to home. I will order again soon!!
