Serendipity Childcare Centre

My daughter has attended this daycare since she has been 3 months old. I fully trust the staff here. What struck me when I did a tour here while pregnant is that in every room the teachers were holding children. This is how they treat my daughter as well. I can trust that my daughter is having a good time while here. The staff is also genuinely interested in child development and the well being of all the children

My daughter loves it here in the preschool room. They use an app to share details (meals, nap, toilet) and photos from the day. The staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. Very easy to speak to someone over the phone or receive quick responses by messaging in the app.

Our daughter attends this childcare centre and we absolutely love it. Very welcoming and kind staff. We feel safe and secure leaving our daughter here daily and we have a constant line of communication and updates from the himama app. They always organize fun activists and feed them a tasty variety of foods. My daughter loves going there.

I love this daycare! They made my transition back to full-time work as stress-free as possible. They send pictures every day, and take the time to work with each child's individual needs and personalities. My son loves Courteney and Fatima, and I feel comfortable knowing that he's well taken care of during the day. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff and support at Serendipity are wonderful. They provide open communication with parents, an easy transition to starting at the centre for the first time and they use the HiMomma app to keep parents in the loop of how their kiddos day is going. Kids get lots of outdoor time, consistency in their routines & age appropriate adaptations to their schedules. They are always utilizing developmental based activities and explain what skills each activity is building and exploring. Highly recommend the centre!

There truly isn’t enough good things to say about Serendipity. As a parent it is always so nerve wracking to leave your child with other people however, I can truly say from the moment I signed my daughter up for daycare I felt a sense of relief knowing she’d be in good hands. Well 2 years later and all I can say is the staff have continually exceeded my expectations. They truly treat my daughter like their own.My daughter has a very complex medical condition. Since day one, the staff have all been willing to educate themselves about her condition and go above and beyond to accommodate her needs.I truly don’t know what I would do without them. Our family is so blessed to have them as our second family. I appreciate each and every staff member there and I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Words can’t express how amazing this Daycare and their staff are. My children absolutely love coming here everyday, they have become part of our family and that feeling is priceless. I highly, highly recommend this childcare centre !!!

Serendipity is like a second home to my children, both of them absolutely loved the wonderful staff and all of the activities and learning experiences. Their staff has very little turnover (which is amazing), my daughter has the same teachers 4 years later that my son loved whe he attended. They are like a family and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Our son started here this past spring and the care that has been provided to him has been exceptional. The staff will look after your children as if they were their own - I would highly recommend this place to any parent. The daily updates and full report that they provide at the end of the day is also such a nice touch.We know our son is well taken care of, is safe, is learning, and has a lot of fun at Serendipity.
