The UPS Store

I have been there last week and I satisfied with their service and their behaving. I did not expect that they consider all the aspects of hospitality about giving best service to their customers. They are the best that I have ever seen.

The staffs there are very friendly and nice. I messed up my recipient address but they are very patient and helped me fixed it.

The new staff of this store are so welcoming. I have good feelings when I go there to do my work. I recommend them to neighbors.

By far the worst experience I ever had at any shipment store. I was attempting to send a package to a location that it turns out cannot accept packages from UPS couriers. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake (they assured me that they could ship to this location, even when I explained it was a postal office), they gaslit me and said that this was my error, this was Canada Post's error — anyone's error but their own. Canada post assured me that it has been communicated to all couriers that it is not possible to ship to this store. They refused to file a reimbursement on my behalf, even though this is the only way to receive shipping reimbursements through UPS and it is no skin off their back. I cannot overemphasize – do NOT ship from this UPS store. If it means anything, this is the first time I have ever been treated so poorly as a customer that I felt compelled to write a review. Cannot urge you enough, ship from any other store!!!!!!!!!

With this many bad reviews I’m surprised UPS is doing nothing to solve this problem with customer service at this location. The guy at UPS has terrible communication skills and a bad attitude on top of it. We could barely communicate with this person.

Very easy to drop off! They helped me ship my electric scooter no problem (Canada post doesn't allow it). Even had it boxed for me as well! Definitely recommend.

At last I have found an UPS store that they provide good services . They have a new owner and new manager and I recommend this store
