I highly command the lady on the Reception Desk ( whose name I did not get) and Julie the lady who processed my requirements, On being told that I am deaf they treated me with great respect and efficiency. Writing the details to ensure my complete understanding. As to 'waiting time'. Pick your moment if you can : at 9am I waited all of 5 mins..

Nothing EVER gets done unless it's money they want. Same goes for Trenton. They don't know how to do their jobs there. Brighton is best one!

Went to registered a new ATV and was told I was missing paperwork and sent to dealer saying it was their mistake. Just like a few other reviews I have read, there was no error and everything was there. Went to Trenton and the 2 girls working (best gov agents to deal with ever) had it done in 5 mins. Belleville's agents are lazy and not willing to help just wanna take pics and chat with their coworkers all day.

Prob the only time I'll ever say anything good about a government office, but two ladies in particular went above and beyond for me, doing their best to help me and having patience. I won't get into details but awesome customer service! Thank you!

There was no waste time because somebody was taking your number beyond what is your service is, and guided you to the counter’s number. I was so satisfied by a service in there.I was there on Wednesday morning around 11 o’clock.

Did my health card renewal today didn't even get to sit down before my number was called

Went today to transfer title for trailer. Need appt. Super organized. Lady who looked after us (Cara??) was so nice and concerned as our situation gave her a lot of headache. She got it done and we were very pleased with all the staff we saw.

Went in to register title on a trailer and get a plate. Had all the necessary paperwork. They took 45 mins to not figure it out, sent me on my way blaming the dealer for missing information (all info was there). Called dealer, they explained to me that occasionally happens when there's an incompetent person behind the counter...

I walked in to change over an ownership of a new vehicle I bought. They asked if I had an appointment. I said no. She said I'd have to wait till 3:30 for an appointment. They had nobody waiting for appointments. Nobody in the service ontario and I needed 5 mins to change. When I said all this. She said we only have 4 attendants. And they were keeping the appointment system beyond covid requirements. Sounds lazy and very unefficient. What have a waiting room and a number system in place. I took a 10 min drive and went to trenton with their 2 attendants and was done and out in 15 mins after simply waiting in line. Trenton has no waiting room. And again 2 attendants. Extremely unnecessary and unacceptable. Lazy lazy lazy.

This is the best Service Ontario I’ve ever visited. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Fast and reliable
