We have used Tripple J Cleaning for our office cleaning needs for the past few weeks and they have been great to work with. From the very first walkthrough Lisette's attention to detail was clear, the team does a consistent and thorough job following her lead. There was one week the team was unable to get into one of our rooms to clean (there's a special trick to opening the door) and Lisette personally came in later that week to make sure that room was cleaned. They are also so kind and personable, it makes going to them with any questions very easy. James is quick to respond via email to any inquiries. I know we made the right choice going with Tripple J!

James took me on as a client last-minute and delivered top-tier service. He gave me a very reasonable rate and the quality of his work was excellent. The carpets are now spotless!

I have used this service once before and paid for two cleaners. One of them showed up an hour later and didn't clean much. The other cleaner was very thorough though so i decided to give it another try despite the past experience. This time scheduling with them was impossible. They said they'd send someone at 4pm on a Friday and despite asking for multiple confirmations, no one showed up. I didn't have time to arrange for another cleaner in time. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a reliable service unfortunately

Last minute cleaning, James able to provide painting and furnace/ duct cleaning too. Saves me time to organize other service. The company truly provides a full service with good value and good quality work Thanks to have our place clean on time.

The service they provided was phenomenal. We needed a move in clean, after a Reno. The new flooring was covered with paint splatter. The people that cleaned were amazing!! A special thanks to Heather and Amanda who went above and beyond what we asked!! We highly recommend Triple J Cleaning.We will definitely be using them again!Great job, we are so happy!!!

We had extensive renovations done in our home over the last 3 months that involved a lot of concrete drilling and wood cutting and wallboard sanding.James and Lisette and their team were amazing. They cleaned all ceilings, ceiling light fixtures, walls, baseboards, furniture and carpet throughout the house.All wooden furniture was cleaned with lemon oil. All upholstered furniture was steam cleaned. All leather furniture was washed with leather cleaner. All area rugs were steam cleaned.They also shined all windows, glass and mirrors. They even took out the window screens and washed them.As they left they washed the glass on our outside front door!!!I’m extremely picky. I really didn’t expect to be “wowed” the way I was!!!!

My house is so clean because of Tripple J service cleaning. I love how my house smells after the cleanings.The washrooms are cleaned so perfectly with all the corners wiped up and cleaned. I do not have to worry about cleaning my own house with their services.You can get bi-weekly or monthly, they are affordable and are very hard working to meet client's expectations. Also, they take initiative doing more work then required.Finally, i can get some help doing the house chores and have some time for myself. I feel stress free now that i have a trustworthy company taking care of my weekly house cleaning.Thank you so much.
