Great place and extremely friendly staff. It felt like being in the bar on the TV show, Cheers, as the owner knew, and used, almost everyone, and their dog, by name when they walked through the door. It was our first time in and we will definitely be back!

We LOVE Pet Valu Dundas! Staff are always helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. They have everything we need for all the different types of animals in our care. And, they're so very generous! There's always some type of fundraiser going on for us at the store, and we love them for that! Head over to the Dundas Pet Valu, and tell them Ladybird sent you!

This is my go to place for pet supplies. All staff are HUGE animals lovers and very warm and friendly. Always eager to help in any way they can. They also have the most gorgeous betta fish I've ever seen in a store! Their pet bathing and nail trimming service is great too. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been shopping here for years. It’s always very clean, they try to promote good causes such as apron centres and occasionally have adoptable animals from a shelter. The owner goes out of her way to order what you need and reserve for you if it’s out of stock and if they can’t get it she will find a branch that can. She’s also great with pets and does claw trimming for dogs and cats, but they’ve also been good with doing other pets such as bunnies.

Friendly staff. Well stocked dog wash. My dog hates the Dog wash, but I love it.The store clerk recommended to us a great floating toy on the way out (she just learned she can swim hence the wash)

Had to use pet valu to wash our boxer. Well our little Joyjoy is a superstar at this location. We had a great time using the self shower area.
