Best fried chicken in the city. Absolutely phenomenal. It's like what Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be back in the day. Crunchy, juicy, and delicious. Not overly greasy. Perfect.The store is VERY busy, it's brand new so it's pretty popular. But it's definitely worth it.

What can I say about Jollibee? I first tried it when I was meeting my wifes family in the Philippines and discovered the best fast-food chicken restaurant. I am so happy they are in Red Deer Finally. They by far have the best chicken in Red Deer.The Con to their food is their gravy is really bland and needs more pepper.

I wish our complaint was handled better. Had to call 3 times for a missing item. The first two calls, we just heard people talking on the background. The third time, was a rude woman who kept cutting us off and obviously had no training on handling customer complaints. The manager that phoned us back assumed that we just wanted a free meal.The guy that took our order though while I was on the line was friendly and efficient. The boy at the counter was great too.

We decided to try Jollibee's today for the first time. The staff were friendly and the place looked nice. We ordered the spaghetti, chicken burgers and a bucket of chicken and fries. We got our food went to the car and realized they forgot our fries. I went back in with my receipt and told the supervisor. She said I hadn't ordered fries and I would have to wait in line again to get some. I just left as the line was long and my other food was going to get cold. We were extremely disappointed with all the food. The spaghetti had cut up hot dogs in it and tasted like chef boyardee and that's generous. The chicken was cooked good but the spices and flavor were bland. The chicken burgers were similar didn't taste good. It's been a long time since I had a meal out that everything was awful. Save you money.

Went there today to see what all the hype was about. Felt cramped and not much room. Washroom was nice and clean. Service at the counter was great. Got the 3 pc regular chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy; steamed rice and gravy. Pineapple quencher.Chicken was done, ok taste but very greasy. Way to much breading. Sides were good. Gravy was very tasty. Pineapple quencher was good but VERY sugary. Overpriced for what I got. Not recommended for families, as again, over priced.

Everyone has told me to try this place.. and my lord I am angry I waited so long. Chicken burger to die for! Fries are sooooo yummy, and oh my don't get me started on the pineapple juice.Don't miss out, this place has good food, fair prices and a friendly and welcoming team!

Took chances at a time when there would be no long line up. Got through straight the door and there’s about 7 people in line. I ordered 3 sets of meals, paid at the cashier but they only served me 2 sets. I told the manager (uniform in black, short black hair with glasses) that I ordered 3. I was waiting for her to just ask the cashier to quickly enter in the till and I’ll pay quickly..let alone apologize which I never heard from her..she just said, you just paid for 2 showing me the receipt..so I asked her: “so you want me to go back in line again?”. She looked at the line up which is up to the door..and she said “yes”. The staff who took my order was then behind the counter and I told him I ordered 3 sets. He then apologized and entered it in the till and I paid in a flash and he coordinated it quickly with another staff to prepare my food. The manager mumbled something to him and he said “It’s my fault ma’am”. I told the guy who knows how to handle this situation he should be the manager instead. SMH

Absolutely amazing food! Real chicken, fresh veggies, 16/10! Their fries look like McDonald's fries but taste like Burger King fries! My dad got a spicy chicken sandwich and, unlike all the other spicy" burgers anywhere else

So my husband and I have wanted to go here since it opened, but were too hot and lazy to wait in line. We decided to go in the morning when it just opened to have a rather unorthodox breakfast. I wondered, could it possibly be worth the hype? Dear readers, yes it was! Seriously the best fricken chicken my mouth has ever tasted! So crispy and juicy, and the gravy it comes with is superb as well. The decor is really kitschy and cute, and the staff were delightful despite us being half asleep and and not knowing what we wanted. KFC eat your heart out.
