I came in here with my husband and two kids and it was a wonderful experience! The yogurt options were fantastic and the customer service was exceptional, my kids adored the employees and even offered stickers! I will certainly be a returning customer moving forward.

My kids and I frequented this location every other weekend in the warmer months. The staff members have always greeted us with a smile and the kids can't get enough of the delicious treats. Always clean and ample parking.

Went here since I missed going to the one in Cambridge when visiting and having many options of flavors...this location on the other hand has less flavors and only one caught my eye and didn't even taste that good...I don't know if I'll be going back definitely won't be going to this location again!! Also took two mins to even see anybody in the store wasn't sure if anybody's was in the building at first lol I could have just walked out if I knew what I wanted. (Obviously wouldn't do that)

I absolutely love menchies i came in with my family of three and the two girls working were so patient and friendly with all of us !! the yogurt was delicious and had so many different toppings will definitely be coming back !

I love their concept.....We had our cold ice-cream after long day in Terra Cotta. It was an amazing time with my Internation Friends. Thank you Maha for selecting this place....

Can’t go wrong with the yogurt, delicious as always however the staff, in particular the two rude teenage girls working Saturday night could not have been more rude. Not sure if it’s just entitlement of the generation but complete lack of respect and customer service. They should look for a job where they’re in the back room and not interacting with customers. Hopefully they aren’t working when we return as my children love Menchie’s.

I was filling up my cup, when a young blonde girl named Quinn was giving me dirty looks and talking about me behind my back to her friend. I came up to the register to weigh my ice cream, the girl with blond hair started raising her voice at me. I didn’t think much of it because everyone has had days, but Quinn would not stop the yelling. I eventually paid and drove off. I will not be visiting Menchies again due to this inconvenience, as i come here regularly with my kids.

Love going here and filling my bowl to the top. Good staff when I went and good selection. Is a little expensive if you fill your bowl but for a normal amount of frozen yogurt it’s not bad. Overall, great place and it’s pretty nice to sit and eat. Bench outside is also recommended for summer days!
