Veey poor service the old lady I think she's the manager is not nice I went there 2 times to return qith my receipt and she refused to even exchange told me to go to the store I pursuit from which I did and they returned and exchanged the items with no issues in questions. I but a pair of UGGS in the Pickering store they told me I'd the boots went on sale within 30 days I would only need to bring the receipt and the box I asked what if I wone the shoes they said that it's fine as long as I have the receipt and the box they will do it. I went to the Ajax store because it closer to home and this little woman said she can't do because I worn the shoes I told her I'm not returning the shoes just require a price adjustment she still refused I went back to Pickering TC and they gladly did the price adjustment with no problems. I had the same issue with her with a pair of converse I bought. If I could give no start I would but I had to choose 1 star

We had the best customer service from Naim, and as a result of his assistance, we ended up purchasing three pairs. Highly recommended.

I was just refused service because I have a mask exemption for chronic asthma and I’m pregnant. Shame on this company and the employees for trying to force me into wearing a mask so I could buy boots!!!!This edit is in response to the reply of my review… no face mask in the world, thread count, triple layer, n95 mask, can filter out an aerosol sized illness particle. Just like people are still contracting Covid regardless of vaccine status, they are still catching it wearing these face diapers and social distancing as well. When will the brainwashing stop??

This store should be closed and moved out of Durham. The people at this store is very rude and disrespectful. I receive a pair of shoes to go on vacation and went to change the colour with the receipt and they refused to do so without me having the credit card present. I explain that my husband bought them for me and again they refused. Long story short after all the disrespect from the store they finally exchanged it. Now I’m on vacation about of the country opened the box to see two left foot. While I was in the store I asked the lady to see the shoes and she showed me one foot. I guess they got the last laugh but I’m so ready fort them when I get home.

I was a little wary of this location since I’ve read some of the reviews, but I stopped by after I went to Costco (I stopped by before noon).The two ladies (the one who helped me find the slippers and the one who cashed me out) were both so friendly and helpful! Also, there was quite a bit of traffic in the store so they were juggling multiple customers at once but maintaining their friendly demeanours.

Small store and not much variety

I called to request information regarding stock they had available. Hadassah provided me with stellar customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. Thank you, SoftMoc and Hadassah, for all of your help!
