Buyer beware! Bought a S6 for $200. Wasn't expecting it to work like new but I took print screen images showing within 10 mins I'd lose 20% battery. No Wi-Fi or GPS and screen brightness at lowest setting.No apology, just a response that you never know what can happen and that he wouldn't have waited 5 days before coming up. I told the person I bought it from I was using it while on vacation so obviously I wasn't in Ottawa and it's normal for the first couple of days for battery to be poor if the device has been turned off for a long time...this phone caused so much headache while on vacation it died several times while waiting for uber, etc.Asked me to buy a new battery that's worth $75 that the store will get for $50 that I only would pay $25 for. I already knew the MSRP was 9.99$ so they can pretend like they're covering half but theyre not...since I had an S6 that Mobile Klinic at St.Laurent replaced a few years back and that's what it said on the receipt next to the battery unit number. $75 is a made up number and it doesn't take them as long as they said to install it...i watched mobile Klinic do it within 5 minutes.When I bought the phone I asked if there were issues the guy said I guarantee them"..i wish I had asked more questions to see it's final sale. Other stores I've been to personally tell you it's final sale. They didn't. They can't even test the device to see what causes the issue.I've decided not to pay anything more to get a battery put in as others have said there's not a good guarantee it'll fix it.This place doesn't test their phones well enough before selling. At least Mobile Klinic tested a previous phone prior to selling me a new battery that in the end they didn't sell me because it didn't fix the problem."

I use to buy some stuff on site. I never expect to get brand new stuff because it is a Pawn Shop. To me, prices are reasonable and I always have good deals. I bought a laptop (ACER) on site 3 years ago. I still enjoy it. The owner is very understandable.

Sells merchandise that doesnt work. Claims to have tested merch but obviously doesnt. Grossly overpriced repair prices too.

Incredibly stupid people that believes that an apple laptop is worth 50 $ .I just got 100 $ from Howard pawnshop on St-laurent Blvd which is far more reasonable and fair.Far better knowledgeable staff on hand.You deserve to be treated way better than Dupont. From now on Howard pawnshop is a far better place for me to do business

Friendly staff and understandable what I ask for when dealing with them is fair in any company you have good and bad if you are going to buy something at a pawn shop test it there before you leave in front of the person like that if you have a problem you both can see it and it can be fixed common sense don't wait to go home have a great day
