And he will do whatever necessary to help you solve your issues. Literally our first stop for any injury or discomfort. Also Chris is a very talented and skilled RMT who has helped me feel immensely better. Thanks for the fabulous care!

I injured my back during a game of volleyball. The next day they were able to get me in to see Kyle so quickly. He was great and the treatment helped me out a lot! By the next day I was able to move around normal and back to my normal workout routine the following week. Kyle was very professional and very helpful! Would definitely reccomend

For regular and prenatal massages, Lance is the best! He checks in often to make sure the pressure is good, he knows exactly which spots are the tightest and carefully works to loosen them, and I always leave his appointments feeling relaxed and mobile again (I see him for tension headaches and tight mid/upper back). He’s been especially great as I switched from regular to prenatal massages because he’s very knowledgeable about pregnancy and how the body’s needs change during this time.

I have been a patient at Active Living for years and I've had a great experience with Mel and her whole team. The office is clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Mel and what she has done, and continues to do, for my health. The incorporation of graston and active release therapy take my chiropractic visits to another level - if I could give her more that 5 stars, I would. Recently I started seeing Brock for massage therapy and he is just as good! In just two visits I notice a difference in my range of motion and posture. Thank you Mel and Brock and the whole team at Active Living :)
