Worst service with a cell phone provider I've ever received. I'd rate them worse than Bell and that is pretty tough. Staff misrepresented how good the service was on the island, and neglected to mention there was only 1 tower in the town which I reside. Their phone service won't even allow a full phone call with their customer service without dropping the call, and the friendly" staff in store quickly turn to "oh well

Both sales people I have dealt with in getting my son a phone were amazing and when things have come up post purchase the they been really helpful in getting things resolved. I couldn’t recommend this location more.

I got a phone with freedom a few months ago, after a few days of texts not sending and phone calls dropping I returned my phone to the store and cancelled my line within the buyers remorse period. A month ago I started getting emails saying I owed $21. After calling customer service they said I had to return to the store to sort it out, so i called the store and was told by the employee he would have his manager look at it and give me a call back that same day. The next day i received an email from a collections agency stating that my bill had gone to collections and I now had to pay it at a BMO bank within 10 days. I waited a few days to hear back from the manager, and then called the store again. I was told by them employee that the manager would not be calling me back and I needed to call the customer service line. At this point I'm so annoyed with all the back and forth and not only that, but my credit score was now being impacted. I was then told by the customer service line that there was nothing they could do and I should just pay my bill. So I paid the bill at BMO and the next day I got a call from the manager of the woodgrove store saying that they had fixed the charges and I dont have to pay the bill. I explained to her my story and that i had already paid the bill and she said she would call me back by wednesday. Today is Thursday, my credit score has already been messed up and I honestly dont give a heck about getting my $20 back. I just hope someone reads this and saves them self the hassle of dealing with this trash company.

I got a phone off of Derrick the other day and I cant even express how thankful I am that I wandered into that store. He was beyond helpful, got me an amazing deal, super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting this store. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Derrick!

Taylor Scott provided the best service we have ever had with a mobile phone outlet. He was very efficient ,knowledgeable and pleasant. He phoned us back to see how we were doing and to remind us of a process he had forgotten to tell us about.

Customer service at this store is very good, but stay away from Freedom at all costs. I prepaid for a basic talk and text plan, then found out after 7hrs online with customer service and tech support, that my Samsung S9 is not compatible with their network". They won't refund my payment even though their network never worked!! I consider this theft - they promised a service they can't deliver and then kept my money. I suspect they'll be out of business soon."

Had horrible service when I first walked in, but no other provider has the plans like this. The second guy who helped me was good. However if there was another provider who came close to the plan I wanted for my son, I would have gone to them, the first guy was just a jerk.
