Merry Maids of Mississauga

Dianne was wonderful and did a great job cleaning my home. I had asked for a post renovation clean up and she was very flexible on the areas of the house that I wanted to have cleaned in order. I had never hired a cleaning service before and Dianne made me feel at ease. She was able to clean the entire house in the time that I requested. I wouldn't hesitate to have her clean my home again.

Last week we had hired their services. 2 crew x 3 hours = 6 hours and we paid $406.00 they were not able to clean our condo in 6 hours; it was just waist of hard money. The quality of cleaning was very poor. They don’t have any special cleaning supplies for detail cleaning. We were very disappointed with the job done. We called the office and supervisor came in, but it was just cover up. She said they had not charged us for extra 20 minutes. It is the not matter of extra minutes but the poor quality of cleaning….I don’t recommend their services for DETAIL CLEANING!

Monica and Claudine did a fantastic job on our 2 bedroom apartment move out! They certainly had their work cut out and went straight to it! Apt. was left in pristine condition. All cupboards inside and out, heavily stained tile and wood floors were all gleaming when they had finished! Booked last minute and they were so accommodating! Thank you ladies!

Hopefully my experience is an outlier, however, I was not pleased with the quality of work performed for the amount of money charged. I booked Merry Maids to perform a deep clean on my 2 bedroom condo on Dec 31st. The common areas that were easy to clean along with the kitchen cupboards and appliances were cleaned well, however the more hidden areas and even the countertops seemed to be untouched. There was visible dirt on the counters and window corners along with many other areas. I had to come in and spend an additional 2 hours cleaning the place myself as I had tenants moving in on January 1st. I voiced my concerns with pictures to customer service and they reduced the hours charged to 3 hours ($130/hour). They mentioned this was a reduction from 4.5 hours spent cleaning the apartment even though the time logs that were sent to me indicated 3.5 hours spent which I found to be strange. If you need a routine cleaning of the common areas I think using their service may suffice but I wouldn’t recommend a deep clean. Won’t be using Merry Maids in the future.

They are amazing! Went above and beyond to do a thorough cleaning of our home. The ladies who came to do the cleaning were so professional and efficient, and I had nothing but positive interactions with their manager who adjusted to our schedule. Our house was sparkling clean! Thanks so much for everything. We recommend you guys to everyone we know in the area and will definitely work with you again for our other properties in the area. You guys are the best for sure!

WOW! We were in a time crunch and Merry Maids came through for us, big time. Two wonderful ladies came out on a Saturday and spent the day cleaning a 3 bedroom condo. Their work ethic and attention to detail was amazing. Everything sparkled and shone when they were done.We were so impressed with the results that we’ve booked Merry Maid to do regular cleaning. We highly recommend them!You are truly our Merry Angels.

I had a great experience with Merry Maids Mississauga. Two maids were sent to my home for a deep clean that was to take about 3-4 hours after a quick (and COVID safe) assessment of my home a few days before. Both maids wore masks and maintained social distance. We were able to stay in our home for the cleaning which was convenient as I have a small baby - we maintained distance by going on other floors while they were cleaning. The deep clean was well done - all the services explained were provided. We have three pets and I could barely find a trace of hair indicating they lived here haha! Walls were washed and baseboards - sparkly clean! They even organized my dresser top. Have already recommended their services to other local friends/family and will continue to do so. We hope to use them again!

Cant expeess how happy i am with Merry Maids service. Recently threw my back out and my wonderful husband gave me an early xmas present of a gift card so I could finish decorating and rest my back What a great gift !!!! For any occasion. Thank you for making things easier for me, I actually got some wrapping done too.

I had a deep and thorough cleaning done for a move in. The ladies did a good job in certain areas, but didn't completely clean everything as I had expected. I emailed and called in to Merry Maids to discuss the issues, my frustrations, and disappointment. They immediately booked in Cecilia as soon as they can. Cecilia went through everything I had asked and explained in detail what was done after she finished the cleaning. I want to thank Cecilia for doing such a phenomenal job and express my appreciation to the ladies at Merry Maids for being so accommodating. Thank you again!

Merry Maids had cleaned my home in Mississauga for years and we were so grateful to have help cleaning from such an amazing team. They bring everything to do the job so I don't have to worry about supplying it!
