Golden Family Pharmacy

We were in a bind trying to travel with the right testing documentation when Liz and the team went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Liz, and the entire staff, could not have been more accommodating. While we got our testing done we also witnessed how friendly they were to every other person that came in to Golden Family for something. Top notch service and establishment.

The best pharmacy you will ever go to. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Owners and staff will always look after your needs whatever they may be. Very professional and welcoming and not to mention knowledgeable!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful pharmacy. Started gaslighting me, saying I was making things up (word for word said this). There is one pharmacist specifically who should not be a pharmacist or even working in customer service settings. Wish I could submit a complaint specifically about Sean. He should be fired. The entire staff should change, except for Ethan, who apologized to me for the way I was treated here. Awful pharmacy, awful person (Sean). Heather was also not a nice person, but not as bad as Sean. Wish I knew how to submit a complaint. Watch them delete this review:) Hate this place.

Nice little pharmacy that seems to have all the bases covered. Stopped in here while on vacation and quickly found what we needed. The staff are friendly and the prices are pretty good.

Excellent pharmacy! The premises are beautiful, very modern and clean with extensive inventory. Liz and Sean, the Manager, are amazing. They assisted us with obtaining emergency items in the midst of the pandemic. We are very grateful to them and will look forward to dropping by on our way through Golden in future.

I usually have had positive experiences at this pharmacy. Unfortunately I have had, on two occasions, negative experiences. Both of these experiences were with the same pharmacist. Sadly she is one of the owners of this pharmacy. Last year, she directed me to the front of the counter to search for an over-the-counter drug by its medicinal ingredient. She was either too lazy or just too superior to tell me the brand name. As there are hundreds of over-the-counter drugs on display and this would involve reading the tiny print on every package, this was a fruitless endeavour. Yesterday when I went to pick up my prescriptions, I encountered a fellow railroader on my way to the pharmacy pickup counter. We engaged in a conversation which delayed my arrival at the pickup counter. Then the pharmacist asked what I wanted, I told her, and was rudely directed to where I was going anyway. I have gone to the pharmacy located in this building since 1983. I will go to Gourlay's now once I renew my prescriptions. Campbell, the pharmacist at Gourlay's, is a good guy.
